McDonald's

McDonald's is great fur what they are. They prioritize speed, cost, and consistency. My review is based on then achieving what they set out to do. Keep in mind what you are signing up for, and you will not be disappointed. If you are expecting a meal that you will remember and tell all your friends about, your expectations are misaligned with your choices in restaurant.

Elvira is the nicest McDonald's employee I have ever met. She added a shot of espresso to my drink at the last second in the drive through. This will be my new favorite McDonald's!!

Food: Guilty and delicious
Service: Cheap and quick
Atmosphere: the most amazing I've ever experienced- ALWAYS a parking spot. ALWAYS someone there to take my order at the drive through. ALWAYS someone who hands me a receipt. And ALWAYS someone who hands me my naughty grub. Merci.

Oliver helped me out today, extremely nice service, would highly recommend. He deserves a raise!

Order is always correct, typical food quality/atmosphere from a MD's consistency is key and they've got it

Eat here frequently for lunch. This location is always quick with the order and pretty fresh fries which is a must with a McDonalds in my opinion. The burgers are good compared to some of the cold ones I have had at other locations. A gentleman named Vincent brings my order most of the time and he is a breath of fresh air compared to most service people these days!! Vincent is polite, caring, courteous, and efficient. When he is not busy he is always cleaning, mopping, sweeping or taking garbage out without being asked (I am in management - I watched). Great job Vincent!! I hope others follow your lead as the service industry in this country is in real trouble with the rude, lazy, not caring help most businesses are dealing with these days. It really is a shame that our next generations are not being taught the value of good work, manners and EARNING a paycheck. What a rude awakening they will have when they are on their own and booted from the nest 😒

Everytime I order from here it is fresh!. Almost as good the McDonald's we have in Rockwall Tx. so, only 1 problem and you know we all have them🙄🤭!! But for real, please wrap your Big Mac even befor you place into to box or your might get a big mac salad😏🤞💚Always a fan much luv♥💯 McDonald's thanx!!!😏

This place was packed! Drive though was stacked with cars! They got our order and food out fast considering how very busy they were.. and my burger wasn't drowning in condiments! Fries were hot! Best experience in quite a while at any mac n dees!

I originally went to chipotle before coming to McDonald's but they were really rude. Decided to come to McDonald's instead and wow I am amazed by the customer service here. They were so kind and went above and beyond. They actually treated me like a person when Chipotle failed too. Please do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's instead of Chipotle in Chaska. You will be treated way better.

It has 4 of the new screens where you can put in your own order, I've never seen or had any issues with the staff here, and it's pretty clean for a mcdonalds.

First time at this location and they did not dissapoint. The drive thru staff was very friendly, and this locotion has fresher food than the other two chaska locations.

I give this place a five because the food is always been perfect, the service was fast, the staff were respectful and I've never had any other issues. Thank you guys and I hope that you guys weren't the ones that just got shut down.

They serve classic McDonald's style dead cow. French fries loved for generations consistent attempts to have a healthy spin to their menu.

This particular Mc D's is newer and very clean.

It is nice inside for a McDonalds and I like the staff inside they treated me with care after they messed up on my order they will always try to help you. If they mess up don't put your hand down there throat just tell them with respect and they will treat you with respect.

Like McDonald's in Chaska because l get good service at 5 am. The crew is friendly and helpful.. usually know what I like or willing to make it " my way" .

This place is amazing! Excellent service! The guy who works at the drive-thru is just super nice. Trevor Lenzen is super duper nice and cool and gave me my food in time.
