Workout classes on Tuesday and Saturday are next level and come with a free shake, I highly recommend checking these out.

If you’re looking for health results this is the place to be! Weather you’re looking to gain muscle, lose weight, or just maintain a healthy lifestyle, you will love it here. Supportive, upbeat, and energetic. Shakes are absolutely delicious and teas are an awesome boost of healthy energy.

Such a lovely healthy place with a very sweet owner!! We had the banana bread shake, fruity pebbles shake and mango pineapple shake all were 10/10!!

I could talk about how wonderful Rise Up Nutrition is for HOURS. The owner, Katie, is so genuine and inspiring. The shakes are delicious and so, so HEALTHY! The location is super convenient and I always feel so welcome when I walk in. Such a fun atmosphere. I would eat every meal here if I could!

Bonus— check out of one Katie’s workout classes next door if you get the chance! I left every class feeling strong and empowered. I took my brother to a yoga class and he expected it to be easy and “girly”, and he left feeling more sore than I did— lol! Highly recommend!

This place is so warm and inviting! Katie is the owner and she knew exactly how to help me find the best option. I came to do her yoga workout which ended up being such a fun workout and afterwards I was able to get a healthy shake and tea. It’s healthy but tastes so incredible. I will be a regular for sure. This club is so much fun! Katie is so full of energy and her classes are so good! She will meet you where you are, whether you are a beginner or a pro! The rebuild shake after her workouts are also super tasty!

Hands down my favorite nutrition club! Extremely upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go above and beyond to help you in all aspects of nutrition. Shakes and tea are off the hook with all the different flavors! This place is an absolute must!!

Cranergy tea is life. The blueberry muffin shake is awesome as well. The staff here are fabulous. Try their classes too! Highly recommended!
