My cell phone screen went bad and couldn't get into it. The staff was able to get a new screen put on so I could at least access my old phone and transfer everything onto the new one I received. Verizon was no help whatsoever and just stated I needed to buy a new phone and would lose everything that wasn't backed up. Cel Tel was able to get me access to everything I thought was lost. Amazing staff and able to order fix and access within a week!!!

I had to have the screen replaced on my Galaxy S7+ tablet. They ordered the part, called when it came in and fixed my tablet in 3 hours so I had it back the same day. Everything worked beautifully. They were so friendly and nice and gave me a lot of confidence in leaving my tablet with them. I would definately recommend them to anyone.
