Dan The PC Man

I reached out to Dan with a problem regarding my gaming PC. He informed me he was quite booked, but still took the time to not only hear what my issue was, but also offer solution involving a thankfully inexpensive part. He even sent me a link to order the part and explained how to use it. I admittedly had my doubts, but the part arrived and did exactly as I had hoped and was simple to install.

Had I gone somewhere else, I can only imagine what it may have cost, or how long it may have taken. Although my interaction with Dan was quite brief, it couldn't have gone any smoother and I greatly appreciate the time he took to help me. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for PC help and will definitely utilize his services in the future should the need arise.

Dan was awesome! He fixed my iMac that I got scammed on. He showed me how it works fixed the OS and was super helpful and got it done in only a day. I strongly recommend going to him! Don’t listen to those 1 star reviews those people have issues lol but thanks Dan, if I ever need work done I will come to you.

Great customer service. Gave information over the phone without forcing a charge or appointment. He was able to get me in the next day for my pc and didn't sugar coat prices before hand to lure me in. Overall a great experience and I will be a returning customer. THANKS DAN!

Dan was very helpful with a complicated Mac issue. He communicated everything that he was doing along the way and was patient with the issue. All in all a good experience at a fair price. I would use him again.

Made an appointment for my boyfriend’s laptop because it kept blue screening and we couldn’t figure out the reason why. He went to his appointment and said that Dan was so sweet and helpful. Also fixed our problems with the laptop. Great service!

I went to Dan because I had a family member who said that can fix my laptop, but they couldn't fix the issue. Dan found the issue right away, replaced it and gave me a little upgrade. I would recommend him over anyone! very business professional, friendly and amazing!

Dan is one of the best out there, my computer had a bad problem. I i dropped it off he seen other problems with it and fixed them all. I highly recommend him! good prices and a amazing person.

I hate doing reviews. But, after my experience with Dan, he deserves one.
He diagnosed my problem with laptop literally over the phone and after i brought it to him he had it running again, running efficiently in less then 2 hours.
Tech support like this is hard to find. Nice guy with great talent.

Phone was hacked by a phisher. Called Dan for guidance and he was able to talk me through my next steps. Very friendly and clearly cares for his customers.
