Nice small location that is not to busy. Unfortunately this location does not have a drive thru but the service was still speedy. My drink came out good and clean.

Starbucks has been the fastest way to get coffee anywhere I go. The wife loves all the different seasonal drink options and I like the consistency of their product. They also have a variety of snacks and pastries to choose from. Not to mention the fruit plates and meal options.

I came here recently and I had an awesomeeee experience. I was met by this guy with a shaved head and he honestly made my day! He was super friendly, offered to fill up my gallon of water with ice, first time I was offered that, and welcomed me to stay as long as I needed to because my AC broke. We already know that as consumers, but just extending the invitation was super nice, I can't explain it.

Great location at the corner with other businesses around. Great customer service "Chucky" took good care of us. My brother and I had a nice time of fellowship outside seating. Good place to hang out. This location is smaller than other SB. However it works for us.

Staff is cheerful not so at their sister store on Philadelphia Ave. Clean place and bathroom always in check. If not you tell someone and they are on it. Management is great problem solver knows how to keep a customer. I like they don't use same towel to wipe down each table. Makes me feel better when I place my coffee and danish down. For the amount of stress this place works under Customer Service and Delivery of the product is always on point. If you have a bad experience don't leave upset give management the opportunity to correct it. Remembering that not all employees have the same work ethics, One bad incident shouldn't ruin it for all. Been here a couple of times and the managers are very kind ! Some of the staff can have a bit of an attitude. Other than that I can’t complain I come have a coffee do my homework and I don’t have to worry about finding or waiting for a table to sit at. Perfect for college students who need to get their homework done without too much noise around. And they have fresh fruit and yogurt yum !

I LOVE STARBUCKS ! ITS GREAT. The shop I visit most times, 2928 is so incredible. All of them are incredible. I've visited them from California and Oregon. The coffee is the best and the service is indescribably fantastic. Try them once if you haven't and you'll be back in a heart beat. LOVE YOU STARBUCKS ❤.

This was my first time at this Starbucks and I liked it. Inside was clean, including the restroom. The barista & cashier were very friendly and helpful. The only thing that takes away from it was the outside parking lot in front of Starbucks was trashy. I will stop here again.

Probably my favorite Starbucks location because one of the workers there always knows my usual and it only took 2 go's for her to remember my order and name. Lol. My trips are always super efficient and fast because of that. I walk in and all I need to do is give her my tumbler and boom, next minute, she's done. She also always makes my drink just the way I like it so I never have to worry if it's going to come out delicious or not. :)

I stop in to Starbucks on Central & Walnut, Chino, Ca to get help with transferring $$ to my account. I had several gift cards. I was challenge with this simple task via the phone and app. Am a "BabyBoomer" "Vinnie" greeted me with a kind smile and welcoming tone of voice. He assisted me with my balance transfer and gave me the 411 on using my card balance and future $$ transfers. I ordered my SB favorite drink a Caramel Crunch Frappuccino w/ Almond milk to my great surprise Vinnie "Blessed me" w/a FREE drink as a courtesy this made my day :) The other local store have long drive thru lines and no personal touch due to the virus. I frequent the Walnut store for it's friendly customer service with a contact free yet they are welcoming, friendly and kind. Our world not only need LOVE but a little kindness goes along way these days w/the stress of life journey. Thank you Vinnie I will see you soon not for a FREE drink, but for your friendly smile, welcoming voice and kind service. My drink was so "delicious" I forget to take a picture. Enjoy the Day!

Best SB ever!! They have never messed up my order or made me wait while other customers (that came after me) are served. In fact they have remade drinks for me on two occasions that the SB Chino Hills messed up. Without any questions. Love them. Thank you for melting my raw sugar. 😆

Wonderful service and always clean. Because this isnt a drive through i notice things arent pre made like some drive throughs are. The freshness is noticeable. All the employees are really sweet and know their regulars well. Overall i would rather walk into this starbucks and get my drink in half the time i would wait in a drive through. A++ STORE.

Very friendly people work at this Starbucks on Central and Walnut. They do have mobile ordering but there are times that they turn it off. Today it was turned off so I had to go in and order but they were not busy.

I've been going to this location for over a year and I keep coming back because of the level of service and professionalism. It's a unique blend of personable, prompt, and attentive service. Great environment!!

My experience was grrat! Especially when the barista named Ericka complimented me, ive been having a bad day...but her compliment made me feel better.

This is going to be my regular Starbucks, I would recommend this place to other people.

Typical starbucks. Was kind of busy when i went. Cashier got busy making a coffee and didnt hand me my receipt. Not like i needed it anyways. Coffee was nice and hot. Restrooms were clean. I sat outside and it was nice and had plenty of shade available. It was kind of loud from the street traffic though. Overall i enjoyed this starbucks.
