Needed help with an item and a return. Mary the manager was awesome. Great experience.

Nicole has awesome customer service!! We couldn’t find some blue and red 21inch ribbons and she went out of her way to help my daughter and I.. She went to get the ladder to check boxes on top of the racks, checked every single box on top, went to the back to check.. after almost 10 minutes of looking .. SHE FOUND THEM!! How awesome is that! She’s awesome! Nicole made our day! The day before we went to La Verne locations nobody helped us or acknowledge us.. Nicole deserves to be acknowledged by me today! Thank you very much!

My order conveniently was brought to my car after I called number that I had arrived. And everything was correct.

Today I went to buy my first sewing machine and there were just 2 kindly Angel's working for the hole store, I hope the owners of this company give more value and take care of this wonderful Ladies and also pay more and restore the whole employees team. Owners, please don't be miserly and cruel  you gain very well with the high prices of the merchandise at Joann, so pay well to all your workers!

Great store. Finally found some of the V- neck t-shirts. Well actually this is really the first time I've really looked for my size because they are on the bottom shelf.
The store is really clean love this because of my allergies to mildew and dust.

Enjoy going to Joann's for my crafting supplies. Was excited to see the knitting supply section was fully stocked, got the circular knitting needles and sizes I wanted! Front desk cashier was great

I'm so glad that this is one fabric/craft store that has been able to hang in there throughout the years.
This last visit I went in for was for only a return of serger thread that I overbought. The young gal there was very friendly and gave the refund with no problem, although I did have the receipt. She was very fast, friendly and courteous which I value.
This is my go to place when I'm in need of sewing supplies since they always have what I need in stock.

Its gotten so much better in the few months since I'd been there! Clean, well lit, and better stocked than the store I usually visit

I was really impressed with this store. It was clean, stocked, organized and everything had been put back.

I remember the old days when Sundays at Joanne’s ment lots of carts of go backs.

We had a few yards of cloth cut and the associates were friendly.

I will definitely go back

Connie at the cut counter is amazing. Everyone was polite and friendly. The new location is so bright and modern! It's currently a little under stocked but considering the sales and it being right after Xmas during the pandemic it's understandable. This might be my favorite location. (I shop a lot at Covina, good stock just kinda cramped, and Ontario.)

This was my first time in this Joann. It was great !! There's this employee, I didn't notice his name, he is tall and thin. He was very helpful. He took me right to the isle I needed.
I will definitely return to this retailer

I like Joann fabric. This store has a lot of selection for the creative person. The employees are very helpful and friendly. If you need something really cool for your next project go to Joann's first!

Oh wow. The new store, on the East side of Chino Town Square is huge! Well organized, well staffed. Linda, my personal fave, had been with Joann Fabrics and Crafts for quite a number of years. She's your best bet if you're looking for something particular. The other staff are great, too! They have increased their sale offerings, which is great for us consumers.

Very nice staff and very helpful i entered the store with only 15 minutes before closing time and was still greeted with a warm welcoming feeling. They answered my fabric questions quickly and because that location was out of stock helped me find it online to lock in the sales price.

Came in with my mom and didn't get anything that day but it was awesome the way she lights up whenever she sees the deals and clearance items. All the workers are nice to her and she loves it.

Yay! They have an electric cart! I just visited this newest location it's a large beautiful modern store everything I expected and more! I hated to leave ! Will return soon! check in at kiosk near cutting tables and this large screen let's associates know you need help never have to go looking for help help comes to you!
