Petal AutoZone clearly has the best employees of all of the Autozones that I have ever been in

I went in today because my battery needed replacement. This very nice gentleman was more than happy, even though it was so hot today, to go change it for me. Even said I could just wait inside he would be done in 10 minutes. Didn't even take that long I think! Very very love crew today. My favorite auto zone now!

Very friendly and helpful

Sometimes the help is ok, sometimes is great, but they have no control over my biggest complaints. How basic is a rear wheel cylinder for an 85 1/2 ton dodge pickup. Seems corporate decided to stop offering them. It worries me when a company known for lifetime parts starts dropping components from inventory

Great. They didn't have the part in stock. But told me another location did. I opted to have my local one order it. It arrived in 3 hours.

The guys at this location are really friendly. I bought some tail light bulbs for my Sonata, and it took a while , but we figured it out. Had some laughs and now my tail lights work.

This AutoZone in Petal is my favorite because the people in there are extremely helpful. I had to buy a battery for my car and the associate took my old one out and put the new one in for me right in the parking lot. The prices are reasonable and you can usually find everything you need right there, if not they can have it for you a day or two.

Friendly and Good customer service they found everything I was looking for. Plus I'm signed up for rewards and got 25 dollars of anything I wanted for free

My minivan cut off tonight in front of AutoZone with my childern and disabled mom inside. We would have been stuck for at least 4 hours according to my roadside assistance app (all their tow trucks were busy) but Mr. Hugh Knowbles and Mr. Destin Davis spent 2 hours replacing my battery cable connectors 1 of which was after business hours with the door locked. They really are amazing men. Autozone has my business for life.

Out of the three auto parts stores in Petal, Auto Zone leads in customer service. Staff are swift in response to their customers. Compared to Napa who present a privileged attitude and O'Reilly's are just open for a pay check.

Ms Tina was very helpful and very professional. Was treated well because they care! Bottom line.

Use Autozone in Petal. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Be sure to get the loyalty card. It's really nice to save some $. Also no problems on returns.
