Sam provides the best customer service I have ever had at Verizon! Very Professional. He has helped me over the years with all our phone needs for my family. He is the best person to see for sales and any concerns. I highly recommend Sam.

Great service, the gentleman got the problem fixed that no one else could I made two trips to a local so-called VW store and 4 of the people working there didn't have a clue and I also called VW toll free customer service and no one that I spoke with had a clue only took this gentleman one question and problem was resolved! He needs a raise in my opinion.

Had a shattered screen on my phone there were 2 representatives at the Pounding Mill facility, Hanah and Sam, went above and beyond to get me back in the saddle. Verizon needs more representatives that display the qualities they provided. I appreciate yall making a not so good situation a pleasant experience for me. Kudos
