Cabin Juice

So instead of visiting our standard Breck haunts, we decided to try some new eateries. Cabin Juice at Gravity Haus was a first for us. I'm sure glad we stopped in. They gave us a great little table overlooking the street and we watched all the happy, exhausted skiers stagger by. The service struck that perfect balance of friendly but professional. Attentive, not pushy. The drink menu had some delicious twists on classic cocktails, so don't be afraid to try their interpretations. The food? The lamb shank special was outstanding! My wife had the Alamosa Striped Bass. I wanted to try a bite, but when I finally came up for air from the lamb, she had already finished every last bite of bass. A fine experience -- We will return.

Beautiful restaurant located inside Gravity Haus! The food and drinks were all delicious. All of the drinks are named after quotes from Dumb and Dumber. My husband and I had the burger with potato wedges. I substituted goat cheese instead of the cheese that was offered, it was delicious! My brother-in-law had the steak, and even though it was a very thin steak, it was very flavorful! The staff were super friendly and even got us in before the reservation time. Just a heads up, I booked a reservation online and they had very limited availability. We went almost an hour early, and they had plenty of seating, so if you don’t find that they have the timeslot you want, you may just want to stop by or give them a call. I can’t wait to return next time we’re in Breck!

Got here pretty close to opening in the morning and it was a nice way to start the day. Breakfast was delicious and service was great. Definitely get the Brioche French Toast if you're looking for something sweet and comforting!

Great first experience here. Beautiful restaurant and great service. I loved the avocado toast with the smoked salmon.

From the moment I walked in, I knew this was about to be incredible. The ambiance, the people, the overall aesthetic was so pleasing. We sat down and were greeted by Kat who was SO kind and knowledgeable of the menu. We started with the butternut squash soup which was easily the best soup of my life and then ordered the pork chop, sea bass, and short rib pasta. The short rib pasta with poblano sauce… best thing I have ever ordered from a restaurant. I’m a food blogger. I’ve been and won a show on food network. I would consider myself a foodie. DO not pass this place up. And ask for Kat if she’s available. Wonderful!

This was a great spot! We are here for breakfast and many of the breakfast places can be hard to get into, but Cabin Juice had bar seating (both at the actual bar and at bar height tables) that was immediately open with comfortable seats. If you want a regular table you should make a reservation, but it's not necessary. The food was excellent and so was the service. It has a great decor/vibe, definitely recommend.

Amazing. The food was so great! Everything was fresh, came out fast, was perfectly cooked, and best of all tasted amazing. Price is not cheap, but still worth it. Would definitely visit again. We had the shisito peppers, squash soup, and the steak. Everything was perfect. You should come! The staff was super attentive and kind.

Phenomenal food and service. The salmon was absolutely incredible. A must order.

Came to eat several times. Great place, loved the design. Overall food was really good, but I'd divide the different meals:
For dinner we tried the snow pea risotto & butcher's choice steak; strip steak was exceptional, the risotto light and creamy, just very tasty. Other night we got the black cod - again, very, very good, lighter option, rich taste and amazing broth too.
Next, they need to advertise their après options more (3-6 PM)! The menu is not on Google, not in the elevators in the gravity house, only on their website or when you go to visit at the time. We happened to go there in the afternoon and ordered absolutely amazing nachos (we skipped black beans). It's perfect snack if you're hungry but want to survive till dinner ;) Very good!
Unfortunately breakfasts are the weakest point. It's open early (7 AM) so that's a plus, but while the other food is solid 5/5, breakfasts are just good, nothing great (~4/5) and we wouldn't come back if not for the opening hours. Salad is surprisingly good, very nice dressing, blueberries and strawberries are great addition too.

Super friendly and delicious place with great ambiance and decor, boosted only by the Omni friendly and beautiful Jennifer who gave us exactly what we needed, a hair of the dog drink for I had waaaay too much fun the night before, lol. Our food was prepared to perfection w great portions. We ended up going there 2 more times for HH and for breakfast the next day. Not pictured are the French Toast and fruit smoothies we had the following day which were a game changer.

Had such a wonderful time at Cabin Juice. Drinks were amazing and our server Katie was a delight. What a breath of fresh air, she made our dining experience unforgettable. Will definitely stop by next time we are in town! 10/10 recommend to anyone visiting Breckinridge.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Breckenridge. The selection of small plates and the quality of the main dishes is extraordinary. It’s also a cool atmosphere, cabin chic, both kid and date friendly.

On our last visit, we ordered all the appetizers and one main dish. It’s a great way to sample the menu and enjoy a wide variety of tasty dishes. The shrimp was one of favs.

We ate dinner in one of the snow cabanas and it was lovely! The cabana was set up to be super cozy — it had board games, heaters, couches, and blankets. We felt very secluded in the best way!

The food was the best that I’ve had in breck! Also, the presentation of everything was well-done.

Drinks: My party really enjoyed the El Presidente drink, but weren’t as impressed by the French 75 (it really just tasted of cognac & lemon). I really liked the Matcha Colada but it tasted more of pineapple than coconut (good for me, bad for my partner).

Starters: The grilled sourdough was a surprise hit!! It has a delicious smoky taste and the butter it came with was perfect. The fried zucchini was also tasty.

Mains: Everyone enjoyed their main courses (see photos for all the ones we had). The short rib was well-cooked and tender, and the fennel it came with were very crispy! I personally didn’t love the polenta b/c the mascarpone made it a little sweet, but that was definitely a personal preference.

Sides: The brussles sprouts were delicious with the goat cheese and golden raisins. The crispy fingerling potatoes were also great!

Dessert: Wow, the desserts were all fantastic! Multiple people mentioned they’d come back just to eat them. The Passion Lava Cake was stellar on its own, and incredible as a vegan dessert! I’d definitely recommend seeking it out if you are vegan. The cheesecake was perfectly salted and a huge portion. However, the standout dessert was the Sticky Toffee Pudding! It was buttery and went great with the caramel sauce. It was my favorite dessert (and I don’t even like puddings like this normally!).

Service was leisurely, but the snow cabanas and the restaurant are so cozy and inviting that it’s a place you’d like to spend some time in! Just don’t come with plans for after dinner :).

Restaurant is dog and ski-boot friendly, a true apres experience!

Overall, we enjoyed this location so much we are talking about returning before our vacation ends. I would highly recommend it!

UPDATE:
Returned two days later for lunch! The red pepper sandwich was particularly enjoyable and I’d definitely get it again. My partner’s turkey blt was good but not standout! Both came with chips and a pickle. The pickle was much closer to a sour pickle than a sweet one, which I enjoyed!

This place is exactly what the belly and soul need after a long day of skiing! It is amazing! We went here with our two kiddos who are 8 and 11 and our server was Michael. He was on point and so friendly to us and our kiddos. The atmosphere is relaxing and unique. The food holy moly!!! So so good! They had healthy kids options which is a unique find away from traditional menus..our kiddos had pork and chicken rotisserie with fingerling potatoes and delicious Brussels! They both were very happy! I had the rotisserie chicken which was delicious and my husband added salmon to the pear salad. Celebrated our sons #11 with delicious Apple fritter donuts. Definitely so very happy we visited and thank you Michael for your warm customer service!

Cabin Juice is a best kept secret of Breckenridge! Walked by other popular brunch spots with huge lines and ended up here for a delicious breakfast burrito. Our waitress Sommer was great! Super friendly and great service. Will be back soon!

We’ve been coming to cabin juice for the last few years. Their breakfast is very good. Easily one of the best French toast’s around. Their “brecky” was a really great take on an elevated bacon egg and cheese. We have also been for lunch and dinner, they never disappoint. The staff is friendly, atmosphere has a very modern mountain vibe, and the food and drinks are great!

Cabin Juice is an exceptional dining experience where every aspect exceeds expectations. Bartender Nick G. crafts impeccable drinks, Manager Jeff E. ensures a seamless and welcoming atmosphere, and Master Chef Josiah G.'s culinary creations are a true delight. Together, they elevate Cabin Juice to a level of excellence that leaves a lasting impression.

Stopped by here for a late lunch. Atmosphere was great, service was prompt and very informative. All of our dishes were outstanding. Made for a great afternoon lunch with family members.

Had a great experience here. Came in around 8:30 for a quick dinner. It was pretty empty, but it was a Monday night at the beginning of the season, so no surprise. Interesting atmosphere that makes you feel like you made a smart choice. Ha. Food was excellent! The burger was recommended by a friend, and it did not disappoint. Cooking to temperature and using quality ingredients go a long way. The fingerling potato side were a great idea. Also our server Tracey was refreshingly friendly, even though we came in close to their last seating time (8:45). The other available entrees we're a little pricey, but I'm sure they would be fantastic.

Very good service by Aquina at the restaurant and bar who was very personable and quick especially for our big group. She delivered on the Margaritas to a tee. The pork belly was a small but super flavorful appetizer. We tried the New York strip, Short Ribs, Burgers and Salmon and all were excellent. Finally I really appreciated the decor and lighting which were well thought out and made for a relaxing feel!
