Waffle Shop

Came here Monday with my son and parents and enjoyed this cute little restaurant. It was a bit slow in the service area but the longer we were there, the more people came in. It was very busy and they seemed to not have much staff. I definitely don't miss working in the restaurant industry. Huge apologies to the employees working for having to deal with my father being mad at every little thing and him complaining. He refused to leave a tip so I left one instead without him knowing lol. There's no reason to take it out on our servers when the delay is the kitchen and the restaurant is busy. I would love to come again to try the French Toast.

We had breakfast here for the first time on Sunday, 5 March. We waited about 20 minutes for a table, but I personally think it was worth the wait. When we were seated we were given a good amount of time to review the menu and decide what we wanted, their menu isn’t huge, but they have a lot of great things to offer. It was hard deciding if we wanted breakfast or lunch. Our waitress was friendly and checked on us and the surrounding tables a good amount of times even though it was real busy. We appreciated it. The hostesses were friendly, and prompt with getting people checked in and seated as well. Once we ordered our food, we maybe waited 5 minutes for everything to come out, and everything came out hot and so fresh looking. The biscuits and gravy are absolutely delicious and the portions for everything seemed to be huge and so filling. We really enjoyed our food and would definitely come back again, everything had great flavor and was plated really nicely! To top it all off the restaurant was clean and seemed to be run really efficiently and they are very military friendly here, we were asked if we were military and given a military discount which we really appreciated as well, we look forward to coming back here again sometime soon. Thank you for the terrific food and service and for making me and my husband’s Sunday breakfast date a great one.

Super cute and cozy. The food was wonderful and affordable. My husband and I each had the special and beverages for breakfast and it was about $28.The staff was attentive and friendly. We'll be back

Classic home style breakfast and lunch restaurant in the heart of Lincoln. The menu has the usual breakfast afair of egg, pancake, and of.course waffel dishes.

Portion sizes are big, and they are not skimpy on the fillings for omelets or topping on waffles.

This is a popular place, so be prepared sometimes for a short wait on the weekends.

Amazing food, quality, quantity for the price. Customer service is on point. Eggs are cooked the way I ordered them. Thick Crispy Bacon, not no thin bacon. Try their sausage, its legit. I come here atleast once a month and they never disappoint. They offer military discount too!!! schweet!

Our waitress was so attentive and seemed to genuinely like her job. She made the meal a pleasant experience! The food was very tasty , but it took awhile. At any rate I will for sure be coming back. It was money well spent!

Great service, huge portions, and delicious food. Short wait for party of two but it was well worth it. I wish I had ordered the chicken and waffles because I saw several other people order it after I made my selection. However we were very happy with our orders as well. We went with the All-American breakfast, one chicken fried steak and one sausage patty. Tried the biscuits and gravy and it was also really good. Thanks waffle shop, we'll be back!

Decent menu happy staff solid country feel.
I had chicken and waffles but I saw a lot I liked about this place. Decent place to chat eat and adventure in Lincoln or head to Roseville.

Great service, good size portions, Delicious denver omelet with country potatoes and sourdough bread ! Yummy apple cinnamon waffle ! Would highly recommend a good place to enjoy breakfast with family or friends ! 😋

Great food and service. I love the crab cake eggs benedict. Best crab, sauce and avocado breakfast. The ambience is perfect!

Its a beautiful place, we came from sacramento and we loved it. I ordered the coconut french toast and it was the best. Its very clean and all the staff is wonderfull.

Its true, leave the waffle to the waffle shop. Best ever waffle you will eat and every single order i got, came out perfect. You should on your list when you travel or visiting beautiful Lincoln Town. I know I will be going back again.

We've now eaten her for brunch and breakfast twice. The food is fantastic! Waffles are superb and skillet dishes are hearty. The staff was attentive and really friendly.

I’m always in search of a great breakfast place. This shop exceeded my expectation. Large portion and the chicken fried steak was amazing. Service was awesome, I don’t often leave reviews. Only if it’s extremely bad or extremely good. Good job guys I’ll be back
