Awesome job by the whole staff. They found some good kids finally. Overall food was good the ice cream was great,and service was excellent. Mens bathroom you basically needed a hazmat suit for though, that was pretty gross.

The kids working were nice and helped me get the ice cream cake I needed even though it was a last minute order before they closed! Thank you!

Best Dairy Queen there is. You can come in soaking wet from the Apple River after tubing and they take wet money. Service is always friendly with a positive attitude and they always get your order correct. They have crunch cones at this location (not all locations do) and will make custom orders like my favorite crunch butterscotch cones, Sundays, or blizzards. Hot food always comes out hot and cooked just right. Staff clearly has it together here.

Stopped at the Dairy Queen in Somerset on January 10th and had the best customer service. The manager Justin came out and talked to us about having a sundae still coming. My grandson is not an ice cream person so he made a special m n m cookie dough and whip cream dessert for him. He asked what my grandsons name was. The manger said next time you come in ask for the Colton special. My grandson was ecstatic!!! He made both Grandchildren feel very special.
It is wonderful to see how much an employee enjoys their job. You could sure see it in Justin enthusiastic nature. He said he wants to open his own DQ some day. Well I say you will be very successful Justin. Cheers to you for your outgoing and great customer service!

The manager on shift is one of the best manager's my husband and i have ever seen! He totally amazed us! What a wonderful man! Great asset to DQ!!

New manager is absolutely awesome, outstanding service, outstanding person in general. This guy has completely turned the DQ in somerset around compared to the way it used to be.

I dont know why Robin williams killed himself after his visit. I had good experience.. maybe prices were too expensive for his taste?
