Panera Bread

This is my go to place for refreshments after workout at the LA Fitness across the road.
Place is always clean and the staff is very friendly.
I also often go here to grab breakfast sandwich family packs and they are always made right and quite delicious.
I have never stayed in the dining area for meals but the place is nice and the atmosphere is inviting as I see a lot of families dining at lunch and dinner.
I also see a lot of kids studying at the restaurant and I think that is nice.

Food and atmosphere are always good. I typically double check carry out orders as I’ve had several mistakes, but they’re always quick to correct any issues and make good.

The young lady taking customers orders this afternoon was so helpful, friendly and efficient. I hope the manager realizes what a fantastic employee they have working for them!

Friendly employees and VERY friendly evening manager! Highly recommend because of the employee and manager alone. But the food is also great :)

I absolutely love the food here! It's so good and they always have what I want and never run out like other places, the service is excellent as well. Everyone is super nice and ready to answer questions and to help you with any questions you do have. The atmosphere is amazing as well, not to loud, not too quiet, and it's never super over the top busy.

This manager knows how to run a restaurant. They should be training the managers of the other stores in the region how to. Presentation, cleanliness, employee professionalism, portion/dry goods/food control, community involvement even. This manager is exemplary to the public. Thank you!

Staff were so very helpful during the needs of a healthy short quick fast healthy meal on the way to one's in hospital. Unfortunately, yall were out of my fav broccoli cheese soup, but they had no hesitations to help us otherwise Thank you

Go here for lunch alot. Such good food. Everything taste so fresh. Order is never wrong. Food is never just thrown in a bag. Everything is always neat, clean, packaged correctly. It does not go unnoticed panera bread. Well done. Quit wasting money on fast food when you can eat good for almost the same price here.

Dipping bread into soup...What An idea! And on top of that they give you a wooden stick in your sandwich. Big win!

So often the experiences I've had at this location have been mediocre at best but this changed today. The young gal working at the drive-thru at 8pm tonight was pleasant, courteous, and had a big smile the entire time I was at the window. She deserves a bonus and a raise and should always be the front facing person at your restaurant.

Have been going to the Panera Bread at 16 and Van Dyke for almost 2 years and every visit is a nightmare. Today we ordered from this one but accidentally sent it to the one at 16 and Van Dyke by accident. Not only did these lovely people make the sandwich free of charge, they did so without us asking for it. Amazing service! We really didn't want to go to the one at 16 and Van Dyke because a friend of ours found a screw in his bread. No joke. 10/10 would recommend!

Needs a good bathroom cleaning. Wow nasty. Food was fair and the atmosphere was kinda stale. Will try again. We all have bad days.

I come here often not only is the food good but the staff is great. I always pay attention to how good a business really is and in all honesty this location has it correct. The managers are amazing the staff is excellent. I don't know how Panera Corp is ran but if they want to have all of their location's to exceed their full potential then they should make this location a flagship store and teach all of their employees to run other locations as they do this one. To bad I can only rate this place 5 stars they deserve a higher rating than a 5.
