Jersey Mike's Subs

One of few (non-breakfast) chains I'll happily go to regularly.
And nearly every time I get the #56, The Big Kahuna, with that oh-so-good pepper relish smeared across the bread.
The people are always fast and friendly, even today, their national day of giving. Extra staff on duty today.
I've never had a bad experience in a Mike's and that speaks volumes to me.
Only complaint: it's loud.

We have been getting jerseys on Saturdays for years. After a long week it's our lunch treat , it has always been good but recently it has amazing. I had stopped getting the steak and cheese because it just wasn't tasting good to me , but in the last couple weeks I have tried it twice , omg whatever your doing keep doing it!!! My compliments to the chef 👨‍🍳 💋❤

Today I had a delightful Italian Sub! YUM!

I'd like to specifically thank the 23mile team here. My wife and I absolutely love stubborn sodas and it's partially why we come here. But today id like to thank the entire team that was working today. Elijah matt Alex preia and a few others I didn't get their names.. I called ahead because I wanted to pick up 12 cans of the sodas and some subs. They were slammed when I arrived but they kept their composer and professionalism and were able to swiftly complete my order. I'll happily be coming back to this store specifically because of it.

I visit this place at least once a week. I love the food and the staff and the service are always top notch. Other fast food restaurants should take notice of how a business should run.

Clean restaurant with a chill if not quiet interior atmosphere. Food is certainly a step or two above Subway, however the ease of ordering is slightly more complicated than subway. A tad more like firehouse and Penn Station in its setup, Jersey Mike's offers quite a few options.

Customer service at this location was pretty solid. We were greeted upon entry and our orders were taken quickly.

They get a little busy during lunch rush. Other than that, the food is good and I've never had a problem with them getting anything wrong on my order.

Omg the staff here are awesome. They make me feel so welcome, they’re helpful, polite and kind and care about customers and making sure they get a yummy sub! Thanks for the awesome service!!

Jersey Mike's makes great food. There hasn't been a sub I haven't liked yet. My favorite at the moment is the #66, The Portabella Cheese Steak. Fantastic! I suggest ordering on the app as during the lunch rush there is a pretty long wait and the 20-25 mins they estimate is pretty accurate.

Great place to get some awesome subs! So much better than the other sub shops in my opinion. Absolutely love their Chipotle steak sandwich. Fast service and the employees are always friendly as well.

To be honest, I'd never even heard of the place -- we just went in because it was close and convenient. But man, are these subs fantastic or what? I ordered a "regular" Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was huge, stuffed with tons of meat, still piping hot off the grill, and I ate every delicious bite (including all the bits that fell out, which I never do). A return trip a few weeks later was just as amazing. The prices are slightly higher than other sub chains, but it's worth every penny, trust. Not only is the taste and freshness way above other places, you're getting a gigantic serving even at for the regular size.

Fresh subs. The best subs than all the others.

Order got messed up online and got a non gluten free bread for my son who is allergic. They kindly remade it and it was amazing. It is not often we get subs since only half of our family can have gluten so it's so nice they have bread we can have. What a nice treat it is. Thank you.

23 Mile, Shelby Twp location, awesome workers, friendly and very helpful with one of my gluten-free subs. I really appreciate their concern for my family members allergy. Also, fantastic subs! Thank you to the whole crew :)

This was my first time going to Jersey Mike's. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They really seemed to enjoy their job! They helped me pick out the sub I ordered (there were many options that looked good)! I can't wait to go back and try another one!

The staff here is great and they take great care when I order a gluten free (gf) sandwich to clean the grill and change tools and gloves. Never had a problem here. Will always recommend them.

Hands down favorite sub restaurant! Way more fresh than "Subway". They actually cut the meat right in front of you and their subs taste delicious. Would choose over subway any day of the week!

Love their subs. Warm smiling faces greet you when you walk in the door and again when they're assembling your sandwich(es). Fresh soft bread and meats sliced in front of you, ohhhhh yeah. Bonus for joining their club: always getting emails and text messages for promotions. Usually money off or BOGO emails, and promotions for double point days.

Friendly. Thoughtful. Efficient service. Working here wasnt planned but after seeing the incredible work force. I knew it was the perfect place to join. Every sandwich is made with all the care and intentions to satisfy and fill customers
