I recently had the pleasure of visiting Verizon Wireless for an appointment I scheduled online. During my visit, Tiara Howard assisted me in setting up multiple phone lines and acquiring two new phones at an incredibly competitive price.

Tiara’s expertise and professionalism were immediately evident. She was not only knowledgeable about the products and services but also extremely personable, making the entire process enjoyable. Tiara’s punctuality and efficiency were greatly appreciated, as she ensured everything was handled smoothly and promptly.

One of the standout aspects of my experience was Tiara’s dedication to maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Given that I was setting up multiple lines for my family, she consistently kept in touch to make sure everything was properly organized and functional.

I highly recommend visiting the Verizon store and specifically asking for Tiara Howard if you want a seamless and pleasant experience. Her exceptional service truly sets her apart!

Not many times we give 5 ⭐s, with Kristina at the Havelock, NC store we would give more if possible!
When we went in we had a laundry list of things we needed help with. We live in and travel in our RV. TV reception has always been a hassle. Often we used to watch TV and the little circle spinning would come so often we couldn't remember the plot line . . .
After a brief wait Kristina went to work on our issues which included my wife's iPhone, a tablet, a few other things and the above mentioned TV reception.
Will skip the details but everything was taken care of professionally and with a smile.
The TV issue was solved with a Home Internet box. Can't believe how good that device is! Wish we had found this earlier in our travels 🙂

Milton that works at the Version store in Havelock. He was so kind and patient and got everything set up perfectly for my new I phone. I didn’t make the experience easy for him because I could not remember my I cloud. But we figured it all out and he was extremely helpful. Thank you Milton I hope others go to you!

Had some really good help with getting a new phone along with a new phone plan. Hannah was a great help, very informational and even gave us insight as to what would be beneficial for us in the long run. Very friendly and easy to talk to as a Verizon employee who is willing to help in an instant. Hannah was great all in all.

Truly professional and polite staff. They focus on providing outstanding customer service and support. Case in point; employee worked closely with us for close to two hours with our purchase of new phones. Their attention to detail far exceeded what we were expecting.

Tiara went above & beyond. She was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and painless for an upgrade. Professional, knowledgeable, fast and was able to answer every question I had. I had zero issues and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes, it seems a bit overwhelming for one staff member. But, they multi-task to get everyone taken care of in a timely manner. They treat every customer with friendliness and explains every detail before you leave the store. Highly recommend.

Tiera is the absolute best. She was very knowledgeable of the different plans, very patient with me and answered all my questions. I’ve not had the best experiences with customer service at Verizon via chat or over the phone but Tiera changed that. I would definitely go back there and literally wait all day if I had to, to ensure I work with her. Definitely above and beyond service!!

Hannah was very helpful and patient. So happy with my new phone.

Kristina made the process of upgrading our phones painless. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She epitomizes what customer service should be everywhere. She should be leading customer service training.

Kristina not only answered all of our questions . She helped transfer our data and showed us the differences in the new phones. She is very knowledgeable on wireless cellphones. I truly can not convey how helpful courteous and patient she was. Verizon was smart to hire her. She is how Customer Service used to be. The Havelock Verizon store is where you should go if you want it done right the first time. Ask for Kristina!

This store has very welcoming encouraging protective anizing employees.
I felt Scene as soon as I walked through the door and I was greeted call to look for a phone that I wanted after asking what he could help me. With then was proceeded to a small table where he told me he was working with another company but he would get to me soon that was correct he finished. His everything up his shift was ending he stayed with me until the other employee got on and then that employee was so amazing he even stopped in irate customer. Who felt the need to be very ugly rude and ignorant to me due to the fact that I was a female after I said it was OK that he could pay his bill since Jason was with me because my phone's still downloading. It was here he became ignorant. Jason controlled it immediately. I immensely felt respected and protected at the same time! 5 stars. I will be coming back. 😊

Tiara was a HUGE help! Very bit of amazing. Answers any question I asked, she went out of her way to make sure I was happy. Will be referring friends to her and I Will be going back for anything I need to her.

We had the best customer service experience we have ever had with a phone company store this afternoon with Kristina. Very knowledgeable and personable with helping us through transitioning an old iPhone to a new Samsung Galaxy, along with picking out new accessories and answering our questions. 1000% would recommend this location

We stopped in the Havelock, NC Verizon store. We had a problem connecting with cellular access to the internet. The associate in the store helped quickly to get access restored. She also helped with a billing issue. She was the best. I'm sorry that I don't remember her name. We stopped there about 4:45 pm on 10/09/2023.

Tiara, I believe her name was, was awesome. Was super friendly, got me the best deal automatically. We chatted while my phone took forever to transfer but it was nice to be talked to like a real person instead of another customer. I’d give her a 10/10. Also the fact that EVERYTHING transferred automatically without me stressing about backing up my phone prior to was awesome. Super cool upgrade to the process.

Jason was a huge help tonight!! I know times are tough and places are short-handed, with all of that being said, on a Friday night being the only one there - he held down the fort and did a great job! He was attentive, friendly, answered all of my questions, very professional, and still greeted the other customers with a smile even though he had to explain to them he was the only one there. I appreciated all of his hard work & I was very impressed with his awesome attitude given the situation he was in tonight!
