Easiest car buying experience I have had. Found the car online and made an inquiry about purchasing. Within 30 minutes I was filling out paperwork for the car after rebates and discounts had been applied, my trade was approved at the amount I requested and the process was smooth sailing after that.

Albra was the easiest going and straight to the point car salesman. No fluff, gimmicks, or run arounds that had happen at a previous dealership. The deal was worked in a professional manner to get the car sold and meet the requirements I needed financially. Even living 2.5 hours away the car is getting delivered to me and my trade in picked up.

10/10 would use Albra and this dealership again.

Corey Biondo, is the man to talk to if you ever need to upgrade your look on your vehicle! I was able to finally afford a new set of all black rims and new tires for a pretty reasonable price! He will make sure that everything is golden as well as help make your car or truck turn heads when people notice how awesome you look!

What an awesome team! I was interested in a used 4Runner they had so I got in contact with them and spoke with Ari who was extremely nice and helpful! I went in looking to upgrade to a small SUV with great safety ratings. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness and like family - not at all the typical car buying experience you might find at another dealership. And then checked in with me the next day to make sure I was still enjoying it. As for the 2021 Ford Escape, I am absolutely over the moon in love with it. Comfortable, safe, has so many wonderful features.

Amazing experience. Drove down from VA for the car I wanted. And it was well worth the drive. Not only a super friendly staff but even the convenience of picking me up from my car rental drop off that was 30 minutes away. If I were to buy again I would buy from here and make the trip again! We needed an AC evac and refill. We have a fiat with the 1234yf freon. Quotes in Morehead were high and disappointing. I called Cory and they got me in at 8am, were prompt and efficient, and treated me like family. Courteous and friendly, and was half the price quoted at other shops.
