BIGGBY COFFEE

They had great customer service and their lattes are hot and full of flavor! I am not the type that freqently buys coffee, but nothing beats a nice hot drink from Biggby before getting some work done.

Best coffee, best experience. There are 3 young ladies who work the morning shift normally. They are fast and extremely accurate at what you order. Me and wife stop in everyday and 9/10 and they remember our orders. We are daily morning customers occasionally afternoon. Might we suggest black bear frozen or hot with 2 extra shots and extra butter scotch.. so good.

Very delicious! I normally would get Starbucks but Biggby coffee has them beat in my opinion! My first time stopping here, now I wish there was one in MN. And staff are so kind and patient as it was my first time. Definitely will be looking for more along my trip

Love Their Strawberry Punch Mocktail Great Service Great Atmosphere

A friend got me hooked on the coffee here and now I cant go anywhere else for it. Their mochas are the perfect balance between coffee and sweetness. Staff is always friendly and speedy. Fridays I try not to go in the mornings though because you have to wait half an hour from start to finish and you'll be late for work if you get there at the wrong time. I still give 5 stars though because it's worth it.

I am beyond satisfied with their coffee! As for the staff, they are very courteous and kind, as well as the environment. Even though the drive-through can be rather slow at times, it is well worth the wait!! Highly recommended:)

I had a very large drive thru order for a business office. The service was and friendly. They double checked to make sure all my drinks were correct and marked. Great job Sturgis Biggby Crew!!

This is my favorite Biggby. My dog gets super hyped as soon as I turn in their drive. She loves the pup cups.

The baristas are always helpful and friendly. If there’s a special and I don’t happen to mention it they’ll always make sure that I’m given it ... AKA: free shot Friday at my local Biggby!

We love this place! We always get the bagel sandwiches and they are always good and I love the variety of drinks and the staff is usually polite and helpful

Everytime I go staff is friendly ask how I am and the coffee is great!! I'd love to see more deals on coffee here I'm always grabbing coffee on the go so that be helpful a little more deals on my favorite beverage to go!! But they do awesome job here in sturgis store!!

We LOVE the new Biggby in Sturgis! We live in Lansing and were in the area and stopped in. The staff was friendly and efficient. And the store manager, Angela answered all our questions. And, of course, the coffee was amazing!

The employees are always friendly and make the drinks quickly. I’ve always been satisfied with the overall experience from the drinks to the people and the service when coming through here.

Very nice place to come for a surprise me kinda vegan friendly coffee! Great service, very attentive to details! All out, GREAT PLACE TO GO AND CHILL between errands or on ones way out of town.

Favorite coffee shop ever.. better than any other coffee shop.. who needs burnt coffee from that other coffee place that over charges when you can not only have great service.. but the best coffee ever!!!
