I went through the drive thru today during my lunch & I just want to say that the staff was very kind & a true blessing 🙏 I truly appreciated their service today & I want to thank 😊 the sweet young lady that handed me my food for her very sweet compliment. She was busy handing other vehicles their food. I didn't wait that long at all. Talk about friendly fast service & she kindly took that extra minute or two to make my day. I definitely needed it. Thank you for making my day so much better! This crazy world truly needs more kindness & I am thankful I experienced that today at our local McDonald's in Sturgis MI.

Food was good service wasn't the best. We were eating in and they put our order in bags. Employee was too busy talking with his girl friend I take it as he was seen with her at a table when he brought our order to us.

The food and beverages were fresh, hot, and delicious. The play area was fantastic and most definitely clean. My little one certainly enjoyed the time she spent there. We will be back. Would recommend.

Love coming here the crew makes it a fun place to stop in and eat at, extremely helpful and friendly, once in a while it's kind of slow but it's hard to find good employees nowadays but there learning. Have always been helpful when my orders been wrong. The agm there is an amazing person. She's always quick to help and get things running smoothly,

Hard working employees but just as every other place in the country they are short staffed and underappreciated. They worked hard to quickly move everyone through the drive thru and it looks as if there are only a few employees.

We stopped in the drive thru to get the grandkids a treat - and we had a quick trip and fresh food! Kids were happy!

Excellent customer service!! Another customer came in and made a complaint and the acting manager handled it like a champ!! She explained to the customer that they'd only just resolved a problem with the friers , replaced her chicken nuggets!! The manager deserves alot of praise for how she handled the situation!! Every place is short staffed plus with added problems people need a little more patience!! Kudos to all that work at McDonald's!!

Drive thru not bad. The first window that took money was lifeless n unresponsive. Like she hates her job . Everything else was great . Just saying.

On Wednesdays and Thursdays there lobby is clean in Stugis

Always pleasant people working ! Obviously owner and manager care about their customers! Unlike the other 99.99 % of other mcdonalds where they cant spell customer service as well as privide it !

We ordered our food and we sat down and they brought us our food and it was fresh hot and delicious and the shake was over the top delicious!

Usually I'm very un happy with any mcdonald's! Todays visit I was very pleased with. My entire order was correct and it was read back to me to ensure that everything was correct. My food was warm and tasteful. Usually I get unpleasant cashiers who take my order. The cashier who took my order at this location was very pleasant. I would love to return to this location.

Early morning they are pretty quick getting my food to me

Whether you're looking for something fast, something greasy, or something healthy, mcdonalds has it all. Their prices are reasonable, and it's a valid option for myself and my family when we need to grab something to eat fast! The staff are friendly, and i like the option of using the drive through, or dining in when we want to sit down and eat.
