Rent one kept me from having to do a lot of heavy work. I was having to carry wet clothes to the laundromat to dry them, wet clothes are very heavy not to mention that always forget my hangers. They hook me up with weekly payments on a dryer and only 18 months of payments. $10 a week beats the hell out of having to go back and forth to the laundromat! Thank you rent one and Wade York 😁

Tim has been one of the best salesman I have came across in years. My 2 yr old grandson was with me & Tim went the extra mile to help me with him, giving him coloring pages, crayons and sent a storybook home for Nathanial to keep, that made him very happy because he loves being read to. Everyone was nice, kind & polite but Tim is #1 in my book!!!

Absolutely great customer service just had my couches switched out, their team is wonderful and I definitely recommend doing your business here!

I was at a desperate moment, my refrigerator went out. I called Rent One, went there to get on their SpinToWin and GOD blessed that wheel. It landed on $1. I ended up with a brand new still in wrap refrigerator with low monthly payments to fit my limited income. RENT ONE IS AWESOME

Update. Still furnishing my houses through Rent One. We've been doing business with each other for 8 years. I'm a preferred customer so if I find something I want, I can give the info to my store manager and they will pick it up and rent it back to me until I own it.

Yes, if you figure the interest you are being charged, it is cheaper if you buy it outright on your own. But, I don't have enough credit to drop 2k on a mower, but I get a regular check and the parents are easy. Plus the do delivery, setup and, if the item doesn't work out for you, they even pick up.

I have been going through rent one for along time now.i have always had good business with them. I can't complain. I hope everybody else's has the same furniture that I have had for years.

Wade and Tim and crew have always given us top notch service and best products you can buy . You will never go wrong when dealing with the Anna , IL store. They always put the paying customers first and will do right by your word if your word stands up to your promises.
They go above and beyond to even find things special order and get it for you. They are THE BEST rent one store I've ever dealt with. I travel 100 miles over to them due to some of the other stores don't hold a candle to customers satisfaction as this store.
