Although it took a long time for my order 😕 but everything was good and hot

Not sure if they got new management or what but the store seems cleaner than a few years back. Cashier was very friendly and kitchen got my order out quick. What more do you want from a BK?

Good fresh hot food with fast friendly service.

Came during the lunch rush and not only were they efficient in moving me through the drive thru, but the food was the freshest I’ve ever had from a fast food restaurant

Food was hot, they were practicing social distancing by using containers for money and food handling, service was quick, and according to the mini humans in my car their chocolate and strawberry shakes were delicious and hit the spot and u can't go wrong with $1 nuggets & 2/$5 whoppers. 4 of us ate for under $20. Thank u 🍔 👑

I mean, it is Burger King. It's fast food. The food was good, and they were fairly fast at getting it prepared. Food was made how we ordered and was hot and ready to eat when we got it to go.

Workers seem to have difficulty when a customized order is placed. I don't think they realize Burger King advertised "HAVE IT YOUR WAY" They ignore that and fix it their way at the Anna Illinois Burger King.

I've been in and out drive threw. My Son and I ordered 2 Burgers and 2 Drank's. By the time I reach for Sandwiches. Yes we Both well come Back. Thank you all. 12:30 pm. Lunch time.

Best ran burger king I've seen. Always had fresh food and fast service. During this time it's rare to see business operate at that performance. Great job!!!

Thee best frenchfries ever there was in my opinion..personally..the place never gets old always fresh can't say that about mcd's in metropolis.wish we had a BK instead.. oh yeah!

Haven't been to Burger King in years and I really enjoyed the food.

Loved it. Good people to know and cook your food. Great meal made how we wanted it. I will go back.

Great value if your incredibly broke and just want something warm to eat i recommend. Plus $1 milkshakes right now. Awesome.

The manager was working overtime she said but did amazing team work. She was Awesome and amazing at her job.

They gave me 2 orders of fries (and charged me for them) when I did not order them. They charged me twice for one sandwich. If I had known I was going to pay for all that and not get it, I would have bought the guy behind me lunch!

Clean and food was good but slow.

This BQ is the best ever for breakfast sandwiches if ur in anna Illinois 😋

I wish they were open. Some restaurants are open & they have tables placed 6 ft apart. All in all everything is fine.

it was very good today at Niger king chicken sandwich was very good..
and my grandson had chicken nuggets and
he said that they was very good and we was waited on nice and very good
