Excellent service after the sale. I purchased a Kato locomotive that stopped functioning a few days before the factory warranty period ended, but I did not notify anyone until afterwards. MRJ confirmed the problem in store and handled the repair shipping/communication with Kato. Purchasing in store saved me a lot of time and frustration, which would not have happened on an internet order. Thanks for the service!

Awesome variety of model trains and accessories. We have a Z gauge train and it is hard to find. They not only have a decent inventory, if you can't find what you are looking for they will order it. The man who runs the store, is very helpful and knowledgeable!
