Very happy with my experience, came in and asked for help coming from Verizon I was surprised how smooth and easy it was, in fact I had the best phone buying experience ever! T-Mobile has great options right now and was able to get 2 phones out the door with a 3rd line free, now let’s see you do that Verizon and all within an hour!!!

I would like to say that my experience with sprint is awesome. The sale rep our nice an I can go to them when ever I have a problem. Meghan & Veronica are the best. So come on in and see them! They're going to take care of you.

Excellent customer service! Meghan was wonderful. We had quite a strange set of needs when we came in, on a Sunday as well. She did everything possible to make things work and did it with a smile! Anyone in this city who needs to go to a Sprint store should definitely chose this location!

I liked the service that I recieved from veronica at the Sprint store on riverside. She was really helpful in getting me discounts and adding another line to my account, which is something that I had to wait a few more months to do, but Sprint will be my cellphone provider, and she's my favorite sales associate.

I had a great experience at the Sprint Store on W Riverside Blvd this morning. I went in to inquire about changing phone plans. I now have more data, and about $60 less to pay each month. That's $720 over a year's time. That is HUGE! Many thanks to sales associate, Jeffery Shayan, for helping me with all my questions. I can't wait for that new, lower bills.

Veronica was a great help at the Sprint store at 3818 Riverside Blvd in Rockford IL. She was kind and very knowledgeable. My family and I love this location. It is so convenient. Thank you Sprint for putting a store on the north west side of town.

Purchased a phone from best buy and when they transferred my stuff into the new phone they forgot to turn off the de bugging thing. This is a great sprint store I went in with me and my sister to get a upgrade and the process couldn't have been more smoother. Veronica helped us a lot in picking the best phone that was suited for us.

This is the best store. When I come here they are like family. Veronica and Fonzi were totally awesome. When I came here before was in dire need as Hubby was very ill and Veronica set us up with prepay and met our needs. Today they set me up with 2 iPhones. Awesome! Much better than a corporate store. Very clean too. 😄

I've never had sprint before and when i walk in store the the sails associates greeted me and was very nice and was very understanding and helped me with getting the best phone for me.. Go check them out very good plans..

Great customer service and very knowledgeable on services and product unlike other sprint stores and doesn’t try to see a million useless accessories like other stores. I can’t stress this enough to go to this store even if it way farther drive then other sprint stores in town!
