Love these people and this place! I always feel so welcomed and happy when I stop by this location. They always go the extra mile to make people feel special and often will remember my order when I pull up. The customer service is excellent, and I’m convinced this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Great job everyone! 👏 👏 👏

Out of all the Starbucks I visited in the Winnebago county area. The Roscoe location is my favorite. I do tend to go there just about daily but within 2 days of going there almost all of the workers knew my name especially the manager Brandon. He is the sweetest guy I've met. I would recommend this place to anybody
They're always helpful in giving you new drink ideas if they're out of your usual drink or if you're looking to try something new, especially Brandon, as you can tell, he's definitely my favorite

The new Roscoe location is doing great! The line moves quickly, and the staff are upbeat and friendly. The hot drinks are got and cold are cold. They are helpful with new drink suggestions, too!

Highly recommended not ordering on mobile app. Takes too long. Go through drive through.

Always handle orders in good time, even when lines are unbelievably long. Never had a bad drink from here or wrong drink.

The crew at this location is phenomenal. Always consistent, friendly and they handle the heavy traffic very well! From seasoned veterans to their new trainees, they go above and beyond to ensure order accuracy and always make my mornings (and afternoons) a little brighter!

Best Starbucks ever!! Everyone calls me by the name and "THAT" makes me a smile and comfortable even when i'm tired or having a bad day. I always order online that has special requests that I've only told them twice, (special requests are not even written in my online order) but seems everyone already knows how to make my drinks... very special place for me and my wife also will be our life time Starbucks!!

Anyone from this Starbucks should go manage and train how real Starbucks should operates in Beloit, Loves Park, specially those two Starbucks located on State street in Rockford. Horrible experiences that almost made me never wanna go. But thanks to everyone in Roscoe location, even if your experienced or not, you all are the BEST!!!

Best starbucks I have been too. The staff is always so friendly in the morning when I go and it just rubs off onto ypu I love it. The gentleman this morning is so friendly talks to you while waiting for your coffee and positive always putting me in a good mood before heading to work. You rock dude!

Nice new design, 4 mobile order pickup spots, two large van sized accessible parking spaces at entry door. Friendly staff took time to chat a bit during my order. Great addition to my neighborhood. This has ample parking for meetups, versus the other location nearby on 173 with scarce parking.

Drinks, food, customer service and atmosphere all is great!!! Only thing I always wonder about ALL Starbucks is why do they bother to ask your name thru the drive thru if they will ALWAYS get it wrong 😞

This Starbucks location has some of the nicest employees ever! It is truly the best location I have ever been!

I'm not one to go to Starbucks that often but I've been to this one twice and both times the customer service has been amazing, and today especially I was having a bad morning and the gentleman at the window actually asked me what's going on, and genuinely cared about my well being he asked me about my job and all of this in a very short amount of time but it made my day a little better I didn't catch his name but I'll be sure to go back to this location again because of this interaction.

i love the location, now those in roscoe/rockton don’t have to drive 20 mins north/south to get starbucks! everyone is super nice at this one and jolie and jamie especially make my mornings bright. amazing!
