Ok, so I sent my wife to add a new line, they told my wife the cost for the SIM will be 10$ as it was posted by MetroPCS agent online .. but I went there to ask for an explanation for 2 differents charges, one for $10 and another for $25 and the guy working there FERNANDO TOLD ME, oh I don't know what's going on with those extra cost, but the manager is not here . So I can't help you with that. Really? Is that an answer? Then he said , the $25 amount you see there is not real. Oh! Not real? But you too that money from my wife as well!!! And there is no manager? What's going on??? 8 years with metro and never happened before...his final answer from Fernando was, YOU SHOULD DO EVERYTHING ONLINE AND DONT COME TO THE STORE.. OH WOW. AMAZING.. NOW IM CANCELLING MY 5 LINES..

Really helped me out in a pinch. I didn't catch the lady's name that helped me but I came as they were closing because my phone stopped charging and she still helped me purchase a new phone. Great customer service!!
