Great little family run undiscovered gem in the heart of Georgetown Colorado. Almost found it by accident. Thier Detroit Pizza is legit. Great crust, fresh sauce, and the dough was perfect. If you are driving between Denver and the ski resorts and the family needs a bathroom break or a quick bite, it's a fantastic hidden stop off. Just a few blocks off the exit to Georgetown, so super convenient. Staff was super friendly, and the room was great nice redone late 1800's saloon with great food. Worth the stop.

Great burgers, rocky mountain oysters, spicy chicken sandwich and yummy wings! Very classy inside with that 1800’s feel and atmosphere. One of the most beautiful bars I’ve ever seen. They have two TVs to watch your favorite sports game. Free darts and pool too! If you have a dog, they have a patio outside that’s dog friendly that connects Silverbrick Tavern and Guanella Pass Brewery. This is a “must do” the next time you’re in Georgetown.

This is my new go to coffee place. It is super smooth and not bitter at all. I stopped in today for brunch and had coffee a raspberry mimosa and the seasonal berry dumplings. It did not disappoint. Crispy on the outside and fresh juicy blueberries on the inside. The staff is really friendly and the chairs are so comfortable it’s hard to leave. I’m excited to have such a vibrant new place to hang out in Georgetown! I included a picture of the delicious trout I had the other night also

Having drinks and amazing food at Silverbrick, Steve Skalski's newest place next to his brewery "Guanella Pass Brewery" in Georgetown.

The atmosphere is so nice with a great bartender Megan and did I mention the coffee!! The beer is beyond good!

We had the Duck 2 Ways and I had the Gnocchi. So good!
The prices are so reasonable too.

I absolutely loved my buffalo chicken sandwich! I ate it before I got to take a picture but man was it good! I also tried a bite of the meatball sub and that was also very good! What a nice find on the way back from Copper!

Great Place!! Love it!! This place has a great ambiance. They have brought a modern restaurant with a historic feel to Historic Georgetown!! Love the views of the mountains from inside the restaurant while enjoying a sit down dining experience. Loved the TROUT!! Will absolutely be coming back!

Great new restaurant in Georgetown! Pizza is always good, but the new alpine options are amazing. We had a delicious pork belly with chimichurri and the brussel sprouts. The wine selection and cocktails are also good and reasonably priced. It’s nice to be able to walk next door to Guanella Pass brewery for a beer afterwards and the spaces are even connected if you don’t see what you want.

My father and I got mushroom swiss burgers, fries, and beer. The food was great and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Silverbrick Tavern is one of the most beautiful establishments I have seen and such a needed and welcome edition to our Georgetown community. A wonderful place to quench your thirst, meet friends, grab a wonderful bite to eat and experience the best mountain towns have to offer.
The owner and his staff do not hold back in making sure your experience is perfection!

We stopped here for a morning beverage one Saturday morning with some family and we had a great experience! Our server was wonderful and made me the best vanilla latte I had ever had. My 2 little girls had some delicious hot cocoa. We will definitely be going here again when we return to Georgetown.

We needed this so much here in Georgetown. The slow roll out menus have been great and their beer collabs are awesome and are such a great complement to their tap line up next door. The space is beautifully crafted and their bar is period designed to make you feel like you are in an old mining town.
