I took our laptop in for repair because the screen would not come on, then when it finally did it wanted a key code that I had do clue how to find. When I went in both techs were busy, but I noticed one of them was helping an older lady with her phone and he was so patient and sweet with her. He also helped me. His name was Calan {sorry if I missed spelled it}. They charged an initial fee to run a diagnostic on it. So I left it there and a specialist came in a few days later and was able to solve the problem. And they did not charge me any extra than I had paid. They have great guest service and prices cannot be beat!! Highly recommend them. Thanks for the great service!!

Every time I stop in (on avg., once every couple of months) w/a a phone-related tech question, they are always very helpful & don't chg. me. I'm usually in & out w/i 5 mins. or so & always offer to pay, but so far, no dice. I don't expect this every time, but they're always so nice & don't treat me like I'm stupid. You guys are the best!

Five stars! The screen repair shop provided exceptional service from start to finish. Not only did they expertly fix my screen, but their customer service was outstanding. Awesome shop! Live too far to be a repeat costumer but would highly recommend! I was on vacation and phone just stopped working all together. They had it torn apart, found the issue, and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. The guy that helped me was really informative, showing me exactly what was going on inside my phone. They really saved me a lot of stress on vacation by getting me up and going again but being fast and affordable on top of it was just a bonus.

These guys are absolutely the ones to use. They were quick, which was important, since it was my teenagers phone. More than that though, I had a good bit of questions and I felt like they were happy to answer them all. The kind of customer service skills these guys have is rare these days so I cannot say enough about that!!

My Son was gifted a gaming pc and it needed a new hard drive. Quick Fix was so friendly and fast. The costs were very reasonable and Lee was so nice to us and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.

Im not a techy person, and this place was able to explain things to me in a way that both educated me and made me feel comfortable with making an informed decision. 2nd... Their communication and customer service is unmatched. this business cares about the product that they are selling. They repaired my ancient dinosaur computer, cleaned it, made it work like new! Hello, I’m Christina Waldrop, I want to start by saying i had me an appointment made for a Saturday mornin, I dropped my iPhone 14plus off around 10:30 am. They called me about 12:30 pm and let me know it was ready to be picked up. We left the place and headed to my eye doctor appointment that was at 3:30 pm. Well, as I was walking out to our Car I was smelling smoke and I thought it was my phone hitting my vape, well, I grabbed my Vape and I seen it wasn’t the vape so I grab my phone from my back pocket and turns out that my phone caught fire in my back pocket this was 2 hours after getting the back fixed. I’m not saying anything bad about this place. We called them up and told them about it. They did the right thing and replaced my phone. They felt really bad about what happened to my phone. I believe everyone should get a second chance. I was really upset about it but I wasn’t really mad or anything. They did what was right and replaced the phone. My husband got his back camera fixed there just a day or two ago and they did a wonderful job. I will say this though I would most definitely go back to them again. I know what happened to me was awful but I believe in second chances. I’am a good person and the manger called me and explained to me what caused the fire. I would still recommend them to everyone and anyone out there. They are wonderful and amazing and very helpful and kind. They are very reasonable with there prices as well, that is something I really love about them also. They are very amazing with working on phones. I still trust them with everything in me. The only thing that truly matter to me is that i’m %100 okay! And I wasn’t not burned or injured when that happened. I’m thankful that God was watching over me that day. So please who ever reads these don’t like one mistake stop you from letting them fix your phone. I would use them again. I gave them a 5 star ratting for a fact. Kindness goes a long way in life.

There are two iPhone repair shops in Foley, Alabama, that I know of I went to the first one at Tanger outlet, and they completely destroyed my phone. I went here, and the gentleman took care of my phone explained to me. There’s nothing more they could do for it was honest about everything they said And only charged $30 which is nothing compared to the 190 I paid for someone to destroy my phone reliable straightforward I would recommend quick fix route phone repair To anyone

They are very honest too!

I just want to say how much I appreciate them resetting my iPad and taking the time out to help me figure out how to reset my iCloud so we can restore my iPad back on. They make sure to take the time and get everything resolved so you will leave as a happy customer. Has i did.

I had issues with my phone speaker which meant no phone calls, music or anything. They were able to get my phone going in 30 minutes. Great place if you have phone issues.

Very upfront and forward about the phone (much older cell phone). But were able to fix it and for a suprising low fee. I would recommend them if you have phone issues.

Great experience. Had battery replaced and was given a time frame. Phone was ready when I returned and took only two minutes to check out. Employees were very friendly.
