These guys are great! They are very kind and genuinely care for their customers. When I had a problem with charging, they went through each possibility to diagnose the problem and were patient with all my questions about buying a new phone. They replace batteries and charger ports as well as fix other issues for a reasonable price. They also speak multiple languages so they can literally help almost anyone.

The place was very help ful respectful considerate and i will keep my serviice at boost moble telephone company 4 as long as i live

My wife and I came in close to closing time needing new phones. Muhammad and Brenda were extremely professional and patient with us. Best location you'll find around here! I needed internet services but I had an issue with my line at home. Even though this location only sells the product, the employees figured out the issue and went out of their way to reach out to the internet company and ensure I had service. Great customer service and care and very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this location!
They even suggested to fix my Iphone screen for a price way cheaper than what they try to charge at the malls.

The guy who works at the Boost at 71st and Michigan... Hicham, he's the best. He really takes care of his customers and he really cares about them, especially the regulars!!
