McDonald's

The last 3 times I have went through the drive thru over the last few months have been excellent experiences. Fast, food correct, also fresh and hot Smiles and thank yous as well, that goes a far way on someone's day believe me!

I always am here for 6 a.M. coffee for #thatpart

This McDonald's has changed dramatically in the last 9 months. New management is doing a great job. And even trying new ways to connect with the community like trunk or treat. Sure it's not 100% perfect but it's definitely better today than it was this time last year. Many of these employees are mid teens so of course there will be mistakes but I'm in my 40s and I still make mistakes! But at the end of the day we can get a hot meal; a burger drink and fries in the same amount of time as it takes to write this review! Its McDonald's you know what to expect when you pull in to the parking lot. Next time try to remember that at the same time you're waiting on your 3 minute meal there is a young adult or a teenager in there that woke up today and went to work and it learning about customer relations and how to solve problems on the fly. And yes some may even be trying to fix that darned old ice cream/frappe machine. I say thank you McDonald's for not only feeding me for 40+ years but also for teaching our children and others valuable skills and making us smile everytime we speak your name. You have benefitted us all in in more than one way. And I know that this location is in good hands and will change for the better. Nothing is more powerful than a young adult with passion,curiosity,determination and the willingness to work hard and put forth effort! I see those qualities in the crew, the shift/assistant managers and most of all in the new general manager. Good job guys and keep moving forward!

Very efficient even when busy. I love their effort. They do make mistakes as does every business but they are trying to upgrade their location. Keep up the great work 💕

I will only visit Bellaire McDonald’s. Great service, fresh food every time and never a bad experience. St Clairsville terrible service- long drive thru waits, food is terrible. Martins ferry terrible customer service never get your food right.

Gotta love McDonalds!! They have a light up table, just 1, that is pretty neat. Just wish they had a few more. Seems like that table is NEVER available. Kids and adults alike, enjoy it. I like that they have order-kiosks now. It makes ordering easier. I wish every McDs didn't scrimp on the napkins and sauce!! It would b nice 2 not need 2 ask 4 extra every time or atleast b asked if 1 sauce was enough. I'm sure they could afford it. Wish they brought the 1.00 burger back also. Love the soft serve ice cream, yum yum. The newer crispy deluxe chicken sandwich is good. I ask for light mayo tho. If not, it squeezes out the sides into ur hand while eating it.

I have worked here. Had to leave for a better job opportunity. Loved the food there and we always had great service.

Clean place food was good .. the woman who waited on us was kinda hateful though other than that it was,okay it stays open till 1am thats a plus right there

The employees in the drive through are always very friendly.

They were being remodeled and the carpenters from Davaco were extremely talented and professional.
