The best service personnel in the parts industry!!

They had what I needed on the shelf. The person at the counter showed me the location of the item I was shopping for. Checkout was fast. It was early in the morning, and I was the only customer in the store.

I had some paint color matched for my 62 beetle and they did an excellent job. The guys at the benwood WV store were very friendly and answered all my questions. My paint turned out great. It’s very hard to match 50+ year old paint, however they did it!

This is the best staffed store in the Wheeling area. The guys behind the counter are well informed and happy to help. Perhaps most importantly, they won't try to answer a question they don't know the answer to, a habit of which the other two stores in town are quite guilty.

Nice people and usually have what u need in stock and if not they will have it next morning..

Very knowledgeable staff that doesn't have to look at a computer every time you have a question. They don't try to upsell you on products that you don't need. They need more signage on the main road so that people know that there is a parts store on the back street off the main drag is my only complaint because it's always empty inside there when it should be packed with people

I've pretty much always used these guys for everything from just motor oil to purchasing an engine and everything in between and I have never had an issue with any of the products they carry. They are extremely nice and more than helpful.

Most knowledgeable staff, this store features a full service paint department with several grades of paint to fir your projects budget. They can fill colormatched spray cans with the paint they mix to your code.

Only place that has parts instock. Friendly/ knowledgeable people. Only Advance I trust!

The service was great and very knowledgeable. They mixed paint to match the bed of my truck and explained proper application.

Friendly, dedicated staff. Wheelchair accessible entrance. If they don't have what you need, it should be able to ordered.
