Jack in the Box

They are very good at making food they are fast the vanilla shakes a delicious the employees are very friendly they make you feel bring you joy and the people that work in the drive thur are very friendly and they show very good teamwork!!!!

My experience was great… the young lady at the window had awesome customer service! I know that jack is probably busy on a Friday. But I’m not getting anyone to pick up the phone… I want to make sure I’m able to come get the cheesecake that I didn’t receive. I’ll bring my receipt if need..(no hard feelings, s@“& happen.

When i can go to a place of business and have a pleasant conversation with the employees, have my meal handed to me and its done right and be on my way in a timely manor, i call that my favorite place.

We stopped in to grab a bite to eat bc in my area we dont have a jack in the box anymore. It shutdown due to bad management. So i dont get my taco fix unless im traveling . I love their breakfest and my favorite is the tacos 2 for 1.69 . You cant find that anywhere . I miss jack in the box . Lol well the staff was great the food was good and the restaurant was clean . Cant ask for much more. Thanks

I cant comment on anything on the menu other than the breakfast sandwich. The double sausage with egg is my favorite. Also their chocolate shake is good to cool off from the heat.

I’m speechless, I did dine-in at this jack in the box. Is the the first time I see everyone on the roll to take out orders and employees getting mad at each other for not being fast enough without mistakes with orders. The manager was a leader (Socorro) she was lining up everyone to make sure every customer got served right. There was a customer that had gotten wrong order easily fix it and offered free frys for the mistake. I was just impressed by the team at this location.

We went through the drive thru headed out on vacation. Grandkids were hungry. The food was good. Didn't have to wait too long.

Very good forvfast food and the burgers are large compared to most fast food restaurants

Amazingly fresh food! Got horrible wait and heard disgusting reviews from Chicken Express across the street while in line. Left!!!! Got fresh burgers, fresh fries and the crunchiest onion rings ever!!!! Thank you Jack in the Box team for being there in my time of hunger. Go here!

Food was bussin.. It came out warm and fresh like it always does. The fries were fresh. And the service was very Friendly and fast.

Pizza was great but the spinach salad was my favorite. Did not like the creme brulee cheesecake though. The cheese sticks were amazing!

The food was a low 2 but the service was a 0. The people that worked the drive thru was rude and just d out disrespectful. The way they nastly talked to each other was just not right and when I said something the girl at the window got very rude. I ask for a manager and was told that they where not there and she closed the window. The only reason I didn't go in was that I had kids in the truck and was running late. Thank you for listening to me don't know if it will help but not sure if I will go back.

This morning chris in the drive thru was the happiest most sweetest young lady. If you have people happy like that at work ill definetly be coming back. Thanks Chris for being so positive in such unsure times and at 5 30 in the morning lol.

Best jack in the box experience I've had in YEARS fresh food great service

Fast, friendly service at the window. The food was hot and made just lime i ordered it. The young lady at the drive through window was really really sweet, thank you for you're friendly service!

Wonderful experience. The olderguy at the window needsa raise. He is so chipper and really short nice. Needed that after being at the DPS office to renew my license.

Order was accurate and served quickly.

Ordered thru the drive thru, spoke to manager. Excellent service, had special dietary needs and she was so helpful. Excellent service, keep it up.

The server at the drive through was very friendly. We had a nice conversation about me coming back to Texas in 17 years. I guess it'll always be home no matter what.
