O'Reilly Auto Parts

We had the best experience on Thursday April 4th 2024. My husband and myself are in the process of needing yo become texas residents and needed new 3rd brake lights. Perry was working and such a huge help. He was kind, helpful, smart, and didn't mind thay we did it in the parking lot. I appreciate all of his hospitality. Truly an awesome guy. Thank you Perry for all of your help and being so supportive.

My favorite auto parts store, the only I would change would be a separate checkout for front of store only with no parts look up and no phone for call in inquiries. If I'm there in person ready to buy my oil and filter or what ever from customer accessible shelves, I shouldn't have to wait for checkout while the counter person does price quotes over the phone for other shoppers.

Really helpful staff. I checked in the parking lot online if they had a fan clutch for a 1982 F100 and the website said they didn't. I decided to go in and check anyways because I was overheating and still had 30 miles to get home. The parts counter clerk looked it up and they had what I needed. I changed it out in the parking lot and made it home with just about a 30 minute delay. I'll never forget being broken down and this location saving the day. I was so worried I was about to pay a $300 towing bill.

Friendly service and cheaper price

I'm very happy with my visits. A competitor had their oil and oil filter on sale for a great price and this O'Reilly price matched. The lady checking me out was very kind and so was the assistant manager.

Late this afternoon I pulled in to their parking lot with what I suspected was a bad alternator. Brian checked the system and confirmed my diagnosis. The shop loaned me tools and Mike even pulled his own toolbox out to help me find the right combination of wrenches. Kirsten even came outside kept me company when there was no one else in the store and even help me turn some wrenches. I can't say enough good things about these fine people.

Great customer service. Wish i had left the kid a tip for installing new windshield wipers that completely fell apart in heavy rain in Liberty Texas.

Now if you want to get the right part the first time go to O'Reilly's great bunch of people behind that counter very knowledgeable if they don't have the part they'll order it for you the same day or the next day can't get no better than that

These guys are great... While im a blonde and not brightest crayon in the box and to top off with being a female they always seem to find the part that im looking for and are super helpful in telling me where either a i can find it cheaper or b how to find it on the vehicle if theres a problems and to keep my beast looking as handsome and best smelling as ever

Excellent, had my parts and if they had to, they special ordered them so I could have them by 5 p.m.. Good people helping there.

The staff was very helpful and helped me greatly. They changed out my dead battery and put the new one in without me having to do it.

Great place to get parts to fix and maintain your vehicle, friendly staff, at peak times there is a line, but staff does not rush, gives quality service to everybody, whether it's a fuse, or a big part, they are there to help

These people that work here are great! Open when they say they are supposed to be open!

Had to get a battery, they installed it for me. Great service and great people.

This O'Reilly's is one of the better ones. Not too busy can get in and out with what you need the first time.
