I had an annoying warranty issue and I wasn’t very hopeful I would find resolution. Jordan went above and beyond to serve me. I’m so grateful and will be a customer for life.

I'm not a car person and only had a list of the items that I needed, and the employee (didn't catch his name but an older guy) was more than helpful looking them up on his computer and getting me what I needed, then wheeling them out to my car parked farish away in front of the dental office because they were heavy.

Great selection, exceptionally great service.
I received some very helpful advice on installing parts and will definitely head back to this location.

I’ve only ever had good experiences at this location as well as the other Robert street location. Quentin helped me get all that I needed to get my brakes replaced today and I must say, the man is awesome! very good at his job and passionate about what he does. super knowledgeable on products, parts, and policies. grateful to have an awesome O’Reilly nearby.

By far the most polite and helpful guys I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Highly recommend. They always have what I need too. Can’t say enough good things about this location.

The staff have always been patient and compassionate.

They let me use their scanner and the employee assisting me explained the theory of operation for the part I needed to replace. Very useful information that he didn't need to volunteer... even shared ways to test the other sensors.

I feel like this was a larger store with more inventory but everything was absolutely organized and spotless. Helpful staff that go the extra mile.

Had what I needed, unlike Auto Zone....0621. Needed taillight bulbs, they had them, I bought them.

The staff at this O’Reilly Auto Parts on Roberts street was so great when I came in to get engine oil tonight. They helped me be sure of the right oil to buy and were super professional and helpful in related car questions. Many thanks!

I don’t know a whole lot about cars (or at all really) but that doesn’t really matter when I go to this O’Reilly’s location in WSP. The staff that work there are very knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve had to go to an Auto parts store multiple times in the last few months and I always go to THIS specific location I because I feel like they take good care of me and Rosie (that’s my car). Keep up the awesome service guys! You guys rock!

I called there in the evening & talked to Mark. This guy was so awesome I couldn't believe it. My daughter had a warning light on dash & he asked her name & told me to have her come in & take care of her. I couldn't believe his customer service skills & knowledge of cars as we talked a bit as my husband sold AC Delco auto parts for over 45 yrs! You people should be proud to hv him working there!

My ABS dash lights came on.
Nothing seemed to be wrong, so I Stoped in O'Reilly ,hooked me up to a decoder to analyze/got a code. ALL FOR FREE.
Auto shop wanted $80. Truck dealer wanted $125.

I was just picking up a brakelight/blinker for my truck, and Mark, I believe, was friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than 5. I will definitely head to this location if I need to snag a part after work again.

Always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable every time I go. I drive out of my way, pass a different o’reillys to get to my favorite store!

Helpful staff. Good service. Bought a battery from them, wanted to buy a cheap wrench set to replace it. They just offered some loaner tools instead.

Had what I was looking for. General layout of the store makes it look bare. Understaffed as all parts stores are. But guys at the counter were on point.
