Quick in and out!
Food was fresh and made right, the banter between employees was refreshing compared to most fast food places I visit. Usually employees don’t interact much with each other. Here they joked around and you could tell the team had a unique dynamic going on that you usually don’t see.
Me and my family will be back especially since this place is super close to home.

Even if the experience with the front desk employees overall felt withdrawn I would want to give particular thanks to just one guy who showed incredible pride in cleaning the tables while also helping us feel at home the minute we arrived. His outstanding help greatly improved the level of

Updating my review after remodel. Ate there inside with my kiddos today and was very impressed with the new and improved efficiency McDonald’s, and it even seems the service has improved. Was very clean, and as a parent of two toddlers, liked that the food was brought to our table after ordering at the kiosk.

Amazing services and kind workers. Got my food in less than 5 minutes. Would 10/10 recommend

Every time I come to this McDonald's, the Service is great, from the time I pull up and greeted, to the time I pay, and the time I receive my purchase. Always in a timely manner.

Came through the drive through about 10:15 am this morning and was very pleased with how quickly I was able to get through. The person who took my order was very pleasant and helped me with making a meal out of a few items that I had ordered separately and that turned out to be a better deal. I appreciated that. She also took the time to wish me a great day. Each attendant at the windows where professional and polite. I had 3 MCMuffin breakfast sandwiches, 3 hash browns, and a mocha frappe and the hot food was fresh and hot, and the frappe was yummy.
Nice job done by everyone working on a busy Saturday morning! Thank you!

Very clean McDonald’s and we dined in and the young man that waited on us, was doing double job and was taking orders for drive thru also, what a great job covering both. Very friendly staff. Thank you for a great experience. Food was even delivered to the table. We live in Hastings, but will be back.

Best McDonalds location hands down. I always get good coffee, breakfast, and burgers.

Like any place, patience and friendliness go a long way. When you think you deserve 5 star service while paying $3.50 for dinner, put an empathy hat on. I find it best to repeat my order, memorize the cost, ensure the charge at the first window, and do a quick glance in the bag before driving off. The staff is friendly and accommodating when you're the same. Great people when you get to know them some.

I’ve gotten one of the best customer service experiences at this location. I was getting served with a group and the servers and cashiers were extremely efficient. I’m not sure about their names but the girl in the black scarf was polite and professional. I will never forget this service.

I went there with some friends last night around 2:30am, and the gentlemen that took our order was refreshingly nice! Especially considering he was working an overnight shift at a McDonald's, probably mostly dealing with drunk customers. I unfortunately forgot to ask for his name, but he was easily the most polite fast food employee I've ever dealt with. The food was standard McDonald's quality (you should never expect a gourmet meal at any McDonald's), which is what I always expect, so no complaints there.

This location for fast food lives up to that moniker (in a good way). Friendly employees who are well trained to help you place your order and deliver it expeditiously is the norm. Food is always temperature correct, presented to actually look like the menu items and the self serve beverage and condiments stations are clean and always well stocked. Interior and exterior dining is available, while dine in and drive through patrons have their own vehicle entrance and exits.

Staff is pleasant and food was hot . What more can you want
