Great atmosphere and fast and friendly service. We always have a weird order and they never have a problem getting it 100% right

Food was hot and we didn't wait super long

Attentive staff. Friendly and food came out quick. This place has changed for the better. The staff used to be a bunch of bratty children

Don't know who got in charge there and switched things up but service has seen a nice improvement (at least the last couple times I've been there) and there is one lady in particular that puts a smile on my face every time she takes my drive through order. Hopefully they keep it up because we stopped eating there for a good while just because service was so horrible. I haven't had a single complaint the last couple times I've been there, food was fresh, fast and customer service was friendly.

The food is hot and fresh

The family stopped in after a long evening out of town. The Christmas parade had just finished, so the driver thru was packed. Hubby went in to order for us. The food here is always fresh and hot. We rarely have issues with the order. Hubby and daughter don't like condiments it toppings on their burgers, so getting the order right is a priority. I'm a Big Mac lover, so there's no special instructions for me. The nuggets were really fresh this time.

I would like to see the fries a little darker. It seems that McDonald's cooks them as fast as possible, and the fries are more pale when the restaurant is busy. This batch was cooked completely, but not as crisp as usual, and definitely not golden, more of a pale straw color. They still tarted good though.

I drive by on my way to work in the mornings. For the past few mornings I have stopped in and I have found the staff to be very friendly and attentive. I received my order in a very timely manner and it is always correct. Bridge City McDonalds is doing a great job in my opinion. P.S. stop going to that other coffee spot and try McDonald's java. It taste better and comes at a much better price.

It was slow but fresh and right! I'd rather wait 5 minutes and get what I ordered the way I ordered it.

Freshest McDonald's food I believe I've ever had and good! Cheese was even melted, which is a rare occurrence. Service was friendly!

The store manager is absolutely amazing the store is wonderful with their communication skills. Seems like they all actually work together and that's a BIG CHANGE from the one I worked at previously...

Popped in for a quick breakfast got me a breakfast burrito in an orange juice. Got my breakfast fast and was treated very courtesy

Very fast service when I always special order. Food was correct.

Great service. This location is perfect. I drive all the way from port arthur to this location because every location in port arrhur,groves,and nederland are all terrible service and rude attitude. Good job bridge city location!

I go to lunch here at least 3 times a week ...they are fast , courteous , consistent , professional . one of the best mcdonalds in the golden triangle.

I don't remember much from my visit, because it has been so long since I've been there but it is right next to my house so I might work there in 2 years when I'm 16 or I might work at Subway which is 0.2 miles from my house. I could walk to Subway that's how close it is

The young man who takes my order almost everytime I come is so nice and cheerful!
