Dunkin'

The best Dunkin’s I have ever been to. Probably the only one I will ever go to again. My coffee is always good and consistently that way. Staff is always friendly.

They are usually pretty fast but because of staff shortages it took a little longer. But everyone was very nice.

Skyla was wonderful! She was very patient, and sensere. When I last minute ordered 3 donuts at the window 😬 she didn't fail to mention all the varieties they had, to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! I never felt rushed or unattended to.I appreciate that!

Judging by some recent negative reviews, they seem to have sorted out whatever issues they were having. We were on the way home from vacation and it was very busy, but they were cranking out orders. We are a family of five and even though everyone got something different, our food came fast and everything was made right.

I stopped here this morning and ordered on the go. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told they lost a fridge last night and don’t have sausage. They get 5 stars for the fact there was not 1, not 2, but 3 employees that apologized to me for the issue. Their care for their customers spoke volumes and everyone in the service industry should strive for this kind of excellence.

This is literally the fastest Dunkin's ever.

Friendliness goes a long way and the entire staff here is friendly. Also they care and make your order correct. Some dunks are known for not getting your order right. However I feel this one actually tries to not mess up your order.

Not all Dunkin’s are the same- but this one is top notch. We stopped on a busy Saturday morning; service was fast, smooth, and employees were super friendly. Our order came out more than perfect, it was obvious that they actually cared about putting the food together, and did it properly. I just so appreciate people who care. Thank you!

Always friendly and fast, delicious drinks and food! I felt kind of bad because the employee at the window gave me a blueberry munchkin for my dog and he has such a sensitive stomach that I could only give him a little of it, but it was such a thoughtful gesture, I really appreciated it! He got treats when we got home and I told him it was from her (even if he can’t understand, it’s the thought that counts haha). The location is also convenient because we live less than 5 minutes away!
I also noticed a low review ranting about how they clean and close the frozen coffee machine early. That’s how most of the food industry works because there’s a lot to be done around closing time. The employees who make your coffee have to go home to their families and sleep at some point! I worked at a Dairy Queen once and we would close the grill/kitchen for cleanup so we could leave at least 15 minutes after closing. Try working in fast food and then you can complain 👌

My coffee was delicious and very satisfying. My sandwich (egg and sausage on a English muffin) was to die for, hit the spot after a day of no eating. Thank you for your amazing customer service as well.

Great experience this morning! Super fast service, exactly as ordered (even though we always order our sandwiches a bit tricky!). Thank you for our fresh, delicious LOW-CARB breakfast! I tried to review on yelp but couldn't get this location to come up.

My favorite Dunks around! Friendly staff, and always fresh coffee!! They get very busy,but do an excellent job moving through the line quickly!

Best coffee for 40 minutes in either direction. Newly built here and desperately needed, with amazing staff! I exchanged a frozen coffee is gotten from the crappy Ossipee D&D and here made it 100xs better! Plus it was super nice of them to exchange it knowing they weren't even the same ones to give me an extremely horrible one in the first place.

Friends got lattes and the machine wasn't on because no one orders lattes. But they turned it on and made it for them. Great service.

Incredible staff of two keeping drive-thru and counter service open.

North Conway had 4 and 5 staff members and refused counter service.

This is a new Dunkin' Donuts which I believe opened in 2016. They are about what you would expect from a Dunks, with decent selection depending on the time of day. Not the greatest service in the world, but it isn't bad either.

November 2016 update - New drive thru is now open!

I have been going to this Dunkin donuts for 2 months and the coffee is made perfect every time the Sandwich always come out hot And the employees of very friendly I would definitely recommend this Dunkin donuts
