Wow! Such awful reviews. So sorry for all the bad experiences; but, I've always had good service, I drop parcels off frequently with zero issues and haven't had any issues with package delivery. Well here's a thank you from me!

They are so nice at this post office.

For the past 20+ years I have had nothing but wonderful service at this post office...friendly, efficient, helpful.

What's to say... It's the local post office.

need to update hours open

Another day, another undelivered package. The people here are nice enough and I understand they're understaffed (at least that was the excuse given when I complained). Being understaffed is not a reason for doing your job incorrectly. I have no idea how they can get away with refusing to deliver packages, and often not even notifying people that they have a package at all. They also are known to close early sometimes which is obnoxious.

Not very pleased. The staff are very kind but their hours are terrible and we get mail but packages are never delivered they are always left at the post office. It aggravates me because the used to deliver them but won’t anymore

Package not delivered to address and returned after less than 24 hrs at post office. Return processed incorrectly despite being perfectly legible, it got sent to the wrong state and immediately put in dead letters which is going to cost 1k in damages. Ridiculous

Sadly, I’ve had some nice encounters with the front desk woman who is very kind but I don’t seem to get any of my mail on time. Seems very unorganized.

I get that we live in a small town, but this post office is horrible. They are only open when everyone is working and can’t go to the post office, they don’t deliver mail everyday, if there is a teensy little bit of snow in front of your mailbox, they refuse to deliver your mail, and they are just flatout rude. God forbid I have to mail a package. So sorry to have bothered you, your majesty. I’d rather just make the drive to Rochester to use the post office instead of dealing with these clowns. Your tax dollars at work, folks!

This not the First issue. This time my mail or package was not delivered or handed to the wrong person, but now 3 pieces of mail for few of my bills, a month later, still hasn't made it to it's destination. Had to stop payment, on all and reconfigure payments. Now they don't answer calls... NOT Pleased.

I have never felt less welcome in any place of business. She refused to even look for my packages after marking them to be returned that very morning.

They rarely deliver our mail and we miss important documents. We pay for 2 day shipping and don't get things in time. Completely ridiculous.

Very rude, incompetent staff in the office, and horrible at delivering mail outside the office. Just an all-around joke of a post office.

Said they delivered a very expensive item to my front porch. I looked 10 minutes after delivery notice and nothing was there. No one did anything about it.
