The older gentleman working on June 23rd at 6pm today was so rude. I was getting slurppes for the kids on this hot day and dropped a little on the floor and we were cleaning it up and he shook his head and told us in a very rude way to clean it up. I was already doing that. But dang isn't it ur job to also have customer service. 🤔 he could of helped or said thank you. Instead he stood there shaking his head and was being rude. Get out of customer service if you can't treat people nicely who are already helping you out. Ridiculously rude.

Just went in to get some slurpees for my kids and me and there was this tall, maybe mexican /indian guy tgat worked there. He went the back and shut off the slurpee machines. I told him why he turn it off and said it was frozen. Worst experience ever. Othere times I have had altercation with them. So for now i have to drive a little further to another 7/11

This is by far one of the worst 7-11 locations I've been too. The employees are extremely rude and unhelpfull. They constantly have homeless, and drug addicts on or around the property. They also have no concern or regard for people with disabilities. If they spent more time on customer service and being polite, instead of talking with their friends on the side of the checkout counter. They would possibly do a satisfactory job. but alas it's a garbage store. Lived across from it for 3 years and I've never had a pleasant experience here.

went in for a beer and the guy was mad rude talking about how I was finally paying attention after sending a quick text because he needed to get back to his hotdogs ??!? ya okay keep ya burnt hotdogs
