Starbucks

Being the only Starbucks around in a rural area can be rough—I know sometimes they get so busy their heads are spinning—but the staff has always been so kind whenever we visit. I always mobile order so I’m usually in and out, but I’ve had to come here a few times when my internet at home cut out and never waited long for my orders. Shiki (I hope I’m spelling their name right!) is always so sweet and I appreciate they take their time to say ‘hi’ even when it’s so busy.

I pass (sort of) by this town on the way to Buffalo, and always stop here even though it’s a few minutes out of the way. The friendly customer service makes up for any time I “waste” and is well worth it. Management should pay themselves and their staff on the back as they are always delightful.

Been a customer for years. Always patient staff. This is no small step given:
let's be honest a' many customers nowadays, especially at Starbucks, are divas.
Staff works tirelessly balancing in house and drive through orders.
Place is kept clean including bathrooms.
Most regular customers are remembered by the staff. Regardless, all are treated fairly by the staff.
Only thing would alter- would be to moderate (or lower) volume for the music.
Also have been able to buy reusable water bottles, for hiking, there (photo attached).

Drinks are always amazing & made correctly. Ordering on the app is a game changer and I’ll never go back. Nicole was the Barista who served my drink & even with a mask on, you could tell she was smiling! So welcoming & kind. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Great parking options also.

I love all the staff who work here. They always put in 1000%. Even on a bad day they still give me a smile. Thanks for always cheering me up. Levi, Rayne, Summer, Shiki, and Sam and anyone else I forgot. Brittany is an angel 😉

Starbucks makes delicious coffee drinks. Baristas friendly and helpful. Have had good experience at any Starbucks I've gone to.

Always met with friendly staff & My drinks are always consistent compared to other stores.

Sam was our drive though attended on 04/12/2023. They were so pleasant and happy. My mother an I aren’t from this area and it was so nice to see someone being their unapologetic selves. Thank you Sam for reminding us that progress and change need to be appreciated everywhere. Even though the polpular politics in the area are keeping people from being themselves. As a west coast transplant I support you with all of my being. My mother as a Tennessee transplant admires you even more for your bravery to be yourself in an area that mostly doesn’t understand. Thank you for being you and restoring our hope ❤

I managed a licensed Bux for 3 years in Texas. I am very, very picky about my flat whites. I was hesitant to order online, but until the pandemic is over, I don't really have much choice. I am SO HAPPY I did. Shown is exactly what a perfectly-micro-foamed flat white leaves in the cup. It wasn't a latte... it was truly a well-executed flat white. My entire app order was exactly right, ready on time, and the very busy baristas were friendly. I will definitely skip the Hanover locations and come back to Shrewsbury!

Consistently the best starbucks I've ever been to. Excellent service, friendly baristas, my drink is always correct (and I have a pain in the butt drink). I go out of my way to make it to this starbucks! Highly recommended.

I travel between Hershey and Baltimore for work from time to time and Starbucks is the perfect pit stop. The baristas are so pleasant early in the morning.

This Starbucks is great with customer connections, which is especially wonderful because many drive thrus are lacking in that area. I often stop at this location because it's conveniently halfway through my regular 2 hour drive, they are always welcoming, even when busy. And even when they're busy, the wait times aren't long. Special shout out to the male barista who rang me up today, his name started with an A. He genuinely cared to make sure I was satisfied with my drink, and suggested substitutes when they were out of my favorites due to COVID shipping delays. He even wished me a safe drive and shift as I left, showing he was actively listening and cared about our conversation. A wonderful, kind, and cozy store.

Extremely pleased with my experience here. Great customer service. I was struggling with making a decision, and Aiden took the time to help me out, & remain patient with me throughout the process. The drink he recommended turned out to be delicious. Store was also clean & well kept!

Always great but can we normalize them not making us shout our phone number into the speaker. It seems to be the only location that does that lol it’s super awkward when you can just scan my Panera card. Love you guys! :)

Jan or Jen - wonderful customer service! Very friendly and engaging with the customers. She had on a grey under armour mask! I haven’t had the pleasure of encountering her until today.

This Starbucks is my favorite to come to. Love the employees! Ashley was so helpful and very knowledgeable helping me decide what new drink to try! I will definitely make the trip to come to this one!

This morning I used the drive-thru to order my coffee. When I pulled around to pay, I presented my phone for him to scan the app. Once he did. He said " Thanks Rita" after reading my name on the app. I just thought that that small detail of saying my name was awesome. I asked his name and he said "Levi" and then said " nice to meet you" May not seem like a big deal but he was just so nice and the experience made me smile the whole way to work. Thanks Starbucks Shrewsbury for hiring such a good person.

Solid store with ambitious staff members.

Great location for fast and friendly service. Staff is always great. It's always clean, including the restrooms. Getting in and out of the parking lot can suck, plus not many spots for the busiest times.

First time experiencing 5 star service at Starbucks in shrewsbury and lived here all of my life. Mia took my order in a very friendly and professional way. She made suggestions and what she liked about the frappe I ended up ordering. Will come back soon!
