Quarter Pounder, plain McDoubles , Large Fries, Large Coke, Sweet Tea or Shake, Hot Fudge Sunday, Fast quick and hot. Always on point!

Sometimes stuff is broken (I'm looking at you espresso machine) they are always happy and friendly. Except the manager dude with shaggy hair

The place was really busy at the time and they still got our food to us fast and hot. The new play area and video game spot are so amazing... my kids had a blast! And the food was great.

They always wish me a good day, which is always nice to hear.

Recently I lost my husband and life seems very lonely. I go to McDonald's every morning for coffee and to be out with people. It's hard to express how the Staff at this McDonald's have shown such care and they don't know me nor are they aware of my situation. I am forever greatful.

"Deliciousness" served with a side of quickness.

I get breakfast here almost every morning. The staff is always nice and my order is always right. I am going to specifically brag on Michelle. She is one of a kind and I have been in customer service for 15 years. That woman needs a raise or a promotion. Not one I would want to lose. That personality at your front line of customer service can either keep people coming back or make them never come again. She is definitely going to keep them coming back.

The ice cream machine worked.. how can I complain?? 🙏💜✨😁

If you come when they're busy you should always check to make sure they got your order right, they have a bad rep for that.. but it's hard to churn out food at the rate they do and always get it right.. If you're calm and patient they WILL take care of you and fix any issues. I've never had a problem here. :)

Absolutely NO complaints from me! The food is great and they've ALWAYS got specials to save you money. I'm a repeat customer, and have been for as long as they've been there.

These guys at this location are great. Order always right, friendly quick service.

Nice to walk in to a McDonald's be greeted and thanked for my Business I was saddened that they could do it in Dickson but not in Spring Hill.

Not sure what the negative reviews are all about. Every time I come here the staff is beyond nice for a fast food restaurant and the food always tastes like they just made it. I use to hate McDonald’s but this one has changed my mind.

Fun visit and friendly staff. Always clean and that playplace is awesome for anyone who has children. Ava is always a gem taking our order and the whole staff runs a tight ship. A+ as always.

Came into this McDonalds today and no one smiles they always get orders wrong .. but today edith Boone had a smile on her face the whole time even though she looks so tired.. edith made us feel welcomed and she made sure our food was right she's amazing and needs a raise !!! Thank you edith boone for all of your kindness to others and your friendly personality.. I'll be back because of you..

This Mickey D's is going with using the least amount of warm blooded bodies inside their restaurants as possible by doing away with the cashiers and instead, using personal self-serve ATM-like order booths. Complete with pictures and all, they were simple to use. There was some real people to assist if needed. 😉 The young African American lady who was working the window, was extremely helpful by saving customers money. She was taking time to let people know what to order for more "bang for your buck!"

My cashier was so friendly. My grandson wanted a shake but he wanted one with m&ms, she gave him some on the side. Very sweet

The best sweet tea. But the last few time's I've been my order was wrong, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to check the dang order. Wake up people..
