Caribou Coffee

Went to Caribou this morning and it was great! Used my app to order ahead and get rewards points. I tried the Iced Pumpkin Expresso Shaker, Pumpkin cake pops and the the warmed Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin. Everything was great! My children devoured the muffin, lol! Super fast through the drive thru, and the employees working today were all super nice. Very happy to have a Caribou so close to our house.

Always the NICEST,sweetest,most friendly ladies working when I go before work. Always willing to go the extra mile. I'm so happy to finally have a Caribou Coffee near my house! Keep it up yall!! (P.S. I highly recommend the iced turtle drink) can't wait to try the entire menu!

I admit this place shook me, it had a wonderful design online and even was amazed in person. Caribou surprised me with their splendid drinks i got the Iced berry latte, and it was divine the moment I've got it. Totally recommended for a more sunny day but other than that. Will be trying again!

Very fast service. The gentleman at the window was very friendly. I got an Iced Pumpkin White Mocha. It was pretty tasty but a bit too sweet. I should’ve asked for lite white mocha.

I frequent Caribou Coffee because it is located conveniently in our neighborhood, I am fairly new to the menu and how to order so I am still perfecting my drink of choice so sometimes the drink tastes similar to the taste I am looking for buy not exact...which is ok, today my husband and I stopped to pick up a beverage but it wasn't what I thought it would be. I called and spoke with Hanna/Manager, I explained that the beverage didn't taste how I thought it should, Hanna kindly asked what flavor profile I was looking for and graciously gave me tips on what to ask for when ordering, Hanna was very kind and patient, even offered to remake the beverage for us. After quite a few hours had gone by my husband and I decided to go back to Caribou to get a beverage, Hanna was there and remade the beverage for me and it was absolutely PERFECT!!!!!!! In my experience every staff member I have encountered at this location spoke with a smile, was very helpful in helping to navigate the menu and ordering process. There is a nice selection of beverage and food items. There is no inside seating but such a nice outside seating are...when Ohio weather permits. Overall great experience and wonderful customer service. Kudos to Manager Hanna and her fantastic team!

So glad to have Caribou back in Central Ohio! Now I don't have to wait to get my chai latte in random airports that have Caribous. Service was wonderful. Would love to see some sit-down locations eventually!

The "Caribou Cabin" is a must for your coffee quick stop, tea/bubbles fix, or a quality snack. My oat milk coffees are rich, very pumpkin spiced, and not overfilled with ice. Frozen drinks have been flavorful, blended well, and the bubbles are like nata jellies. Baked goods have been soft, and not dried out. I have repeatedly been greeted with a smile and served with warm customer service.

I have taken about 4-5 trips here since they opened and have always had great service and the employees have been super friendly and kind. The Just Egg flatbread is a great vegetarian breakfast option. I really enjoyed the vanilla oat nog latte and hope that sticks around as long as it’s cold out!

Been to Caribou probably only three times as I've just discovered it, but the food and drinks are so different and just delicious. Most importantly, the customer service is unlike any other drive thru or even business I've been to. Every time, they are truly and genuinely kind while taking my order and upbeat and smiling at the window. I'd happily drive the 15 minutes to come here and get that experience rather than go to starbucks just down the road only to get mediocre service. Thank you and keep it up, Caribou!

My first order was not made to my request, I wanted a cold coffee but received a hot. They offered to fix it, but I felt for the young lady who took my order. Her customer service was so top-notch that I opted to drink the hot, only so I wouldn't inconvenience her. However, I wasn't feeling the hot, so reluctantly within my own self I recanted their offer to correct the order. They fixed my oder AND gave me the option to keep the incorrect order, which I sat in my fridge til the next day. AND both coffees were great.

they were super sweet and kind. It was defiantly giving aesthetic vibes. I order a white mocha w/oat and i drink that before getting to my house so u know it was defiantly giving 5 stars. Please open one near easton 😩

I place mobile orders and when I go to pick up everyone is kind and helpful! Mochas are amazing! I love that they use real chocolate in them.

This was my first time at caribou coffee ever. I was so confused on what I was trying to get lol. They were so patient and kind to me. I got a pumpkin white mocha cooler. It was absolutely delicious. I've been to a lot of coffee shops and let me tell ya, caribou coffee is the best!!!!! I was taken back on how good my drink was. I even called them to tell them how fantastic it was. Definitely going back 😊

I am excited to have this Caribou Coffee in Reynoldsburg. The coffee was excellent, everyone there was friendly and helpful, and they have a nice patio area to enjoy your coffee.

The lavender honey shaker is soooo good! Staff is always friendly. Fast service too!

I was finally able to get my iced campfire mocha after a 10-year absence. So happy Caribou is back in central Ohio. Multiple cars were in the drive thru, and several people were at the walk-up window. Everything still moved efficiently. Love to see everyone embracing Caribou's return.

I order a large dip coffee with a shot of expresso and raspberry/ white chocolate syrup every trip and it's consistently good like therapy to my soul.

Amazing coffee! And it's a lot quicker than most drive through's and you can tell the drinks are made with love!

Most of the time the drinks are amazing... sometimes they just taste like black coffee with sugar and powdered creamer... service is always amazing. Still love this place.

So glad Caribou is back and landed in Rburg. DRIVE Thru was super fast and order was too! ( I do not yet have the app) Super friendly service, which is so unusual anymore.
