This location has changed a lot over the years. 4-5 years ago, I would never recommend it. But now that True North has bought the store part of it...It's amazing! The customer service is amazing. The morning manager is a guy from the Boston-New York area, ( at least that's what his accent tell me) he can run that store with his eyes closed! He's nice, respectful and on point! I love this location and my house is less than a mile away! I would highly recommend this Mcdonalds to anyone!

The morning crew at this location is on point! Especially if John is running things! We have a McDonald's closer to home, but the service at this location is worth the trip everytime!

John and his team know my name and my order, they see hundreds of people daily, but still know us by name!

Fastest and best service at a fast food all together I usually go there a few times a week just because of the people! I work nearby and I will say even if there is a line it goes quick great people work there ☺

Actually fast courteous and an accurate order. Lady that helped me was very friendly. Food was fresh and hot.

We arrived at lunch time, the drive thru was super busy. We opted to eat inside. We had one person ahead of us and our food was out very quickly. The fries were fresh and hot and it was the best fish sandwich I have gotten from McDs in a long time. The eating area was super clean. Great experience.

I usually go in the mornings and it's pretty busy but they get.you through quickly enough. There is one lady at the drive thru that is so chipper and amazing! I love seeing her in the mornings because she brightens my days! She will even recognize you and ask about your kids or spouse.

They rock fish sandwich the fries all was hot i drive half-hour just to eat over there been 10 years been coming never had a problem way to go champ you guys rock keep up the good work

This location is Reynoldsburg NOT Pickerington on Hill Rd! This one is adjacent to the Shell or Sunco gas station (sorry I don't know the actual name). Each and everytime I ask for made to order-everything fresh; this location gets it done. The employees are extremely nice and never get snippy with a picky lady such as myself (only when it comes to food that is). I believe more positive consumer experiences need shared. Consumer awareness of both positive and negative may help others make informed decisions in the purchasing decision process. Location matters and individual employee charcter matters. Reynoldburg does an exceptional job and I will go back. Reynoldsburg NOT Pickerington, do not make the mistake of going to Pickerington location you will be disappointed.

Fast service and great price

They may not answer the phone, but we had a busload(40+ people) and the staff rocked it - all ordered and filled within half hour - thanks

Best McDonald's I've ever been to, hands down. I pass at least 4 between this one and home just to come here. Service is not always 100% but I've never experienced anything major or issues they will not make right and they are the best with time, when I'm getting off the interstate and i only have a few minutes before i have to clock in i still stop here, drive thru or walk in and i still make it to work on time.
