12/18/2023 I had a wonderful experience I had an awesome customer helper name that I cant remember ok he was young wore glasses I believe ghandy not sure he was fantastic. He stayed with me like my personal assistant all the way to load my beautiful Christmas 🎄tree in the car & my🦚 peacock. It was so ❄ 🥶 & he didn't have a coat🧥. He was so patient. 😍🥰I truly appreciate his kindness. I didn't have cash but I need to stop back & give a tip. They said do survey off receipt but I wasn't able to do it. Bruce was so helpful knowledgeable and patient with my questions. I was so impressed with him getting to each of us customers with a genuine desire to help solve so many needs of customers who were coming into for so many reasons to improve their home. He is the difference that has me coming back to Lowes on Gender Rd. Thank you Bruce!

First time at Lowe's since I moved to Ohio a few months ago. I was thoroughly surprised! They have an excellent Garden Department with people that actually help you.

Got all my supplies here for my fense project and it's been top quality to say the least, from the panels down to the timber used, thank you for your professional advice towards aiding in getting the right materials. I would recommend here if you have any projects in the future

Ordered online for curbside pickup & they text me within minutes saying my order was ready. I did the early check-in to let them know I was on the way about 10 mins in advance. They brought my order out maybe a minute after arriving if not less, & the man loaded my stuff in the hatch for me. I’ve had 2 other identical experiences here. Will use again.

Needed a new door, the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable.

I visited two departments lawn and garden and appliances. I need some mixed dirt and moss for some of my plants. In appliances I needed a vent for my new dryer. Both department were very helpful and I left with exactly what I needed . NICE Lowes will be back.

Me & my husband Kyle went to Lowe's to get a weed whacker for our backyard since it was getting ridiculous. When we had questions, a Lowe's staff member was ready to help! We have shopped at Lowes a few times within the last 2 years and have had a great experience at the location off Brice Road! We have had a front door installed by them and when they installed the wrong door, they made it right with no charge to us. We have also bought 3 toilets from them, but our dad's installed them for us, and we still love them! (Slow closing toilets) And we just bought a weed whacker too on Memorial Day! We plan to continue to do business with them!

I order online, because Lowe's doesn't accept Google pay(only reason I didn't give 5 stars) When I go to pick up my merchandise, which was a large OSB panel and some circular saw blades, they rolled the OSB directly to me and informed me they didn't have any of the blades I requested. The associate that brought my stuff to me proceeded to show me where their selection of saw blades was located and walked along with me while I made my substitute choice. Then he assisted me by setting up a makeshift saw horse right there where I parked so I could cut my board down to more manageable pieces, so I could fit it safely on my bike trailer(my transportation is an ebike that can pull a small flatbed trailer)He did not part ways with me until he knew I was completely finished and no longer needed assistance.i wish

I Dropped In and picked up parts for my log splitter give it I needed a front Jack caster so I can unhook it from the car and not have the tongue on the ground Lowe's had a real nice one and the price was right so I got it

I went there last week to purchase something and I just happened to go to the garden center. I asked an asociate about wreaths with stands and was asked what it was for and I said my mothers grave. Long story short;: the associate who was named Dyana (with a y lol), ended up *making* me a grave decoration using stuff I bought at the store. I bought some bows, pinecones, a plant stand and floral wire and she created a really pretty xmas plant using leftover xmas tree clippings. It was really nice and it was a TON less expensive than those "grave blankets they sell at the florists. I even bought some bird seed to put on it so the birds would have something to eat and keep Mom company (she loved birds).

She even gave me a hug lol, which I appreciated since it's my first xmas without Mom and she made xmas so special. The other associates were very nice too since I kept going back and forth buy stuff for the display. A very unexpectedly nice experience.

When I walked about 20 feet into the store,a sales associate, named Lara told me where to look for garden shears and gloves. I love shopping in Lowe's! The sales associates are ALWAYS helpful here.

Went to the Lowe’s on Brice Road, because our store was out of the retaining wall blocks. The staff was so helpful

The sales lady and man were very helpful. I received good prices for the two patio furnitures I bought. Great service overall.

Ordered a few items online, wasn't aware of 'locker pickup.' Called service desk and the lady went above and beyond to get the order out and bring it to our car. She was amazing, Im just sorry I didn't get her name. APPRECIATED that kind of customer service!
