Tim Hortons

The staff at this Tim Horton's are so friendly I just had to leave a review. I stop here every morning for my coffee and am always greeted with a smile and warm welcome!

I go there EVERY morning.. they know my order just by the sound of my voice!!

My experience at Tim Hortons was excellent. Missy was my drive-through attendant and she was very polite and professional. It's nice to see someone who has a very good knowledge of how to treat someone with respect. She was extremely kind and went out of her way to help me with my coffee. She offered different flavors and went above and beyond for customer service expectations. I would highly recommend this Tim Hortons

Went through the drive thru at 11:30 during the week and the drive thru employee was hilariously funny. I was only getting coffee and donuts for my daughter, who was with me, but the gentleman who took the order made my day with his jovial personality and jokes. Keep up the great work!

Fast and good! It's what you need at 7am!

The line was long they got my order wrong twice however when I had to get out the car and go inside Raye the manager was polite and politely fix my order and as doing so she related to the staff this was the lady that had the cinnamon toasted bagel with butter and cream cheese. She did not yell at her staff, she was not mean to them, and she handled the situation in a very professional way and that's why I give her 5 stars.... 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
PS and my mini breakfast that consisted of a toasted cinnamon bagel with butter and cream cheese and a small caramel coffee was excellent🤗

This Tim Horton's is ALWAYS busy but that's ok.
The one closest to my home has closed permanently. The one on Brice Road north of I-70 is sketchy and the location on South Hamilton Road at Giant Eagle is a joke. East Main Street in Reynoldsburg closes before the sun sets, usually about 5-6 pm.
What started out as a great idea has slowly fallen victim to bad management or lack of good help or whatever. Too bad. Great coffee and good food.

This place is amazing. Customer service is fantastic. They are quick to make or get your order and it's always delivered with a smile. I recommend this to anyone who enjoy a coffee break with friends or spouse. You can also get breakfast sandwiches.

I love the Carmel ice cappuccino it's so good.

Timothy Hortons head got to be one of my favorites coffee shops. It's moderately priced, has good coffee, has doughnuts, and some other food. The atmosphere is quiet and pleasant and the decor is clean. It's a very nice place to stop in and relax or to just get something quick.

Another Tim Hortons didn't have what I wanted so I called into this one. They were out as well, but made it for me while I was on my way. Very courteous staff and speedy. I really love this location. ❤

Sherry the store manager was amazing! My order was perfect and I got it within a matter of seconds after I ordered it. Best Tim Hortons I've ever been to!

Excellant service!!! Gentleman went out of his way to get me the item that i wanted. Coffee and food were great!! Restaurant was clean people were very nice. Will go back again!!!

They try they best to serve each customer with due diligence and customer satisfaction good customer service to boot if you see the lines that I go through atTim Hortons you'll understand too and give him a five-star great job guys keep up the good work

Always looking for good coffee and this place ain't bad. They offer food items and donuts but I only had coffee but guessing everything is probably good

After going to Tims up in Canada I love the brand. This is an excellent example of a Tims. And I get the "double, double" they coined - best coffee around.
