85°C Bakery Cafe - Edmonds

Always a fan of 85C! They have a good selection of fresh pastries, cakes and other baked items. I went here to pick up a birthday cake without pre-ordering and was so happy to see that they still had Mango Crème brûlée cake.

I tried it for the first time and they did not disappoint ☺

The Mango chunks on the top weren’t sweet but I wouldn’t complain because of how good the cake was.

I had the pleasure of visiting 85 C bakery recently, and I couldn't have been more impressed with the service provided by Erika. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience. Her professionalism and helpfulness truly stood out, making my visit to the bakery a delightful one. Not only was she knowledgeable about the products, but she also took the time to assist me with my selections, making recommendations that perfectly suited my taste. Erika's exceptional customer service left a lasting impression on me, and I will definitely be returning.

My first time at this bakery ended up with several more items than I intended on buying just because it all looks so good! Upon getting home and trying them I don't regret my additional purchases. Everything is SUPER fresh flavors are good & ratios are spot on like the raisin milk buns. I have yet to try something I didn't like. Store is super clean inside and easy to find what you want or need. Staff is friendly as well.

Been getting pastries here for a couple years, always fantastic! Plenty of sweet, not to sweet, and even some spicy options. Recently tried the Carmel Milk tea at the cafe, absolutely delicious!!

This has become one of my favorite stops before coming back across the Edmonds Kingston ferry. Wonderfully tasting pastries for really reasonable prices. Oh and Thai tea, that's just awesome.

This location of 85C is doing a soft opening at first, so the full menu isn’t available yet, but what they do have so far is very tasty. The prices are reasonable, and the interior looks very clean and modern. I only meant to check it out, and ended up leaving with a full box. It just all looked so good!

Great place to get breakfast lunch and something to go with dinner,you pick up a tray and grab some tongs and start pilling on the delicious baked goods,afterwards bring it all up to the counter and they will ring you up,you can order drinks and have a seat and eat,or just get it to go,also check out there selection of pies and specialty cakes,oh and my personal favorite the cheesecake bites, yum.

Awesome pastries and a little easier to access than some other locations with more parking around.

This place is a touch smaller than the 85°C in Lynnwood. But it is just as nice. I've never run out of choices of baked goodies when shopping there.

Love their Seasalt caramal coffee. Employees are very courteous. Highly recommended this place👍🏼

Great manager, big selection; very clean

New location in Edmonds, located next to ranch 99 market. There were no lines after 9PM on weekends. Highly recommend.

Fresh bread, lots of variety, consistency in quality, not too sweet, love it!

Very friendly staff clean well organized lots of variety. I have ate here several times and I've never been disappointed.

So many Taiwanese pastries to choose from! Be ready to buy more than you planned to because you just can't help but try the interesting pastries on the trays.

My favorites are the red bean breads and egg tarts. There are also cakes that look so temptingly scrumptious. Note that the pastries are good for just two to three days after purchase so you'll have to consider that when deciding how much to buy.

Yummy baked goods. Very clean place. Clean floors, tables, everything was spotless. The Thai Iced Tea was also refreshing.

Self serve baked goods. Savory ones like ham and cheese croissant or sweet lime buns filled with taro root or cakes and biscuits. All at reasonable prices but it’s easy to go crazy!

Notable that the staff clearly take pride in keeping it very clean.

Sadly you're out of black forest cake for our birthday but they told me I can reserve one by going online today is in advance. I'll do that next time. The black forest cake is the best!
