They have a good selection of pinball machines from a variety of decades and styles. They maintain then well. The pinball game prices are in line with what is typical. On the used games side of the business, they always have a good stock of games and consoles, even some very hard to find ones. It's really great having a lovely owned game store instead of having to get everything online or a big box store.

My favorite video game store in Washington! Amazing selection of used games and retro consoles, plus there is a whole arcade attached next door. Great pinball games and classic arcades.

In town for family business so our visit was brief. This store is fantastic! Neatly organized which was a big plus. Prices seemed to be on par with the current market. A variety of collectables, strategy guides, sealed box games, plushies, and every gaming accessory you could think of.

My wife and I were very impressed with the customer service and can't wait to come back when we have more time to browse longer.

Amazing retro video game store and arcade. Arcade machines are well maintained and the vibe is chill and child friendly. Wish they would remove the little vending machine for nuts. It really insures the entire environment is coated in peanuts, which is a big problem for those with allergies.

Wonderful people that work here. Always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Best selection of retro consoles, games, and chargers. They have saved me multiple times by having physical inventory of discontinued chargers and cords. A+

The retail side is pretty nice. Tons on inventory and fair prices. I love that I have an account there and they can keep track on my store credit that I've been building up. You can do cash or store credit. Store credit is also usable at any of their locations.

The arcade at this location is pretty cool! Tons of pinball machines and a few classics. They also serve alcoholic beverages.

Been coming here since I was a child.
They have a great selection of retro games, including things that are rare and hard to find. They also stock modern games, have an arcade, and the staff is always incredibly helpful.

Great place, has a fantastic DDR cabinet as well as other great games such as Initial D Arcade Stage 4 and plenty of retro games. Nice staff as well

Great spot to play some pinball. The machines all with well and we only had an issue once with credits not being added which the attendant was happy to take care of. Games range from 50 cents to 1.00 so it wasn't too pricey. 20 bucks will get you an hour of fun easy. The game shop that is attached has a great selection of games, especially retro games all the way back to Atari. Only place I've seen with a PS5 for sale also, albeit pretty expensive at over 900 for the bundle they are offering.

Oh my god where do I start? The absolutely awesome display and selection of vintage consoles and games, or the super fun and friendly staff at the Pinball section make this place a favorite for me and my friends. Very laid back and fun environment for all ages, and a pretty good selection of drinks available as well for those of age. Definitely a weekly spot or more often depending on how busy it is, and ot can get busy so plan for parking in the back!

The staff is very helpful even during busy nights and helped to get some of my quarters unstuck from a mortal combat cabinet. The atmosphere is always fun and machines are fixed very quickly when breakdowns happen

Love this place. It's one of the only arcades I've found stays true to the classic arcade style. Prices are great too because their main source of profit is through the game shop.

very friendly staff with astounding collection of everything a gamer collector or not. The seems dedicated to their jobs and make the store a fun experience if not a little overwhelmed. You will struggle to find a game you don't want. Prices are pretty fair and the games are in near pristine condition. If there is any issue with a game they will buff before you leave the store. Their month return for store credit is the cheery on top

I've been a customer for 8+ years and have always had excellent service and help. Out of the 100s of used games I have purchased, I only had to bring back one due to the disc not being read. They have gone through a lot in the past couple of years, but still hold up as the best classic games store around.

I have been shopping at another castle locations for roughly 6 years now. The primary store that I would always go to is Lynnwood, as it was the closest store to me at the time. I always liked their game selection and customer service was very good, especially because I have a friend who works there. About a year and a half ago I moved into a new house, which coincidentally put me much closer to the Edmonds location than the Lynnwood location. Because of this, the Edmonds location has been my main stop for anything retro game related, and I have loved every second I’ve been in the store. They always have very fair prices on games and consoles, and as someone who is an avid saga fan, their selection from Master system and Genesis all the way up to Dreamcast is always great. Recently I have started visiting the arcade after store hours, and I often make it in just in time after work on the weekends to browse before I head into the arcade. Their arcade game selection is awesome, consisting of newer and older arcade cabinets. (I especially love the initial D racing cabinets they have, and I pray every day they don’t get rid of them 😂). All of the employees have been super nice, and very knowledgeable on a wide range of games. I also love how they have everything displayed, especially the cabinet which holds all of the consoles available for sale (Many of which I have purchased 😅). You guys are awesome and clearly share the passion for video game collecting that many of us have, keep up the great work!

Unfortunately I didn't have time to play in the arcade... however I was able to grab a Limited Run game for way below what aftermarket prices typically pull.

Definitely worth checking out if you are ever in the area.
