Auto ZONE is the same all over, what made this one special to me was the employees, they were very helpful, friendly and didn't act like most people and treat you like they wish you would go away. There was only 2 people working and was kinda busy, I had an engine light on and asked if they would check it for me,it took a few minutes before someone came out but he checked it for me and was really nice about it and didn't seem to mind, we went back in and he ran the codes and told me exactly what was wrong, they were really nice people.

Great experience. I can always trust Advance Auto. Kimberly helped me purchase a car battery and she installed it like a champ. She provided great customer service! Love this store!

Yesterday I was having trouble with one of my car’s battery we were trying to jump it off from my other vehicle but were unsuccessful. I went into autozone to try to get some assistance the first employee I talked to kind of brushed me off like he didn’t want to be bother… so I found another employee. His name is Manuel T. He was so helpful he came and we tested my jumper cables and then I purchased a new set and we tested those and we still couldn’t get a spark so we figured it was anything wrong with my original cables. I went on and bought a new battery and Manuel helped me get everything we needed. Thanks again! My car is back up and running!! Go see Manuel he will get you fixed up!!

I would like to say that there are two people at the AutoZone in lanett Alabama named Misty and Eric that I would like to say are very good at helping people in every way. I would like to say thank you to both of them for every time they have done extra for me to handle what parts were needed. Thank you so much again AutoZone located in lanett Alabama. I wanted a touch up paint for a couple small Rusty places. I called it was in stock. I ask for the tech that helped me over the phone. I cant remember this young mans name but he helped me with it went & got it off the shelf for me, explaining how to use it & to follow directions with a kind smile on his face. He was very well spoken & treated me with respect. Thank you I will use this store again because of its customer service & store was clean

Traveling through on our way to North Carolina and our van wouldn’t crank. We got it jumped off and drove straight to Auto Zone where Christian hooked up the machine to check codes, tested the battery and alternator. He was fast to help and very courteous! Highly recommend this location to anyone needing help.

We were traveling all day when we started having car trouble. We stopped at a gas station and the check engine light came on. My husband had a handy reader and discovered the engine was misfiring. A quick google search suggested we a bad spark plug. We called the closest auto parts store for them to say they were closing in 2 minutes. I searched for other area auto parts stores and came across this store. They were very kind and helpful. We made the 12 minute drive to them and they were more then gracious. See we had our two small boys with us and it was gonna be awhile for my husband to try and fix the car and it was cold. Christian and Austin gave me peace of mind and showed us so much kindness while we were passing through. They offered me a chair and a warm place for me and my boys to hangout while my husband went to work. They loaned him tools and even checked their car to see if they had a spare jacket he could use while working in the cold. They even said to take our time he would stay open as long as it took to make sure we were safe and out of the cold. 45 minutes later and we were back in business. They made sure all was good before we left just in case. Thank you so much guys!

Mr. J W Baker I want to THANK YOU so much for taking time to show him how to get the oxidation and where I melted the scrub pad on my other headlight. This is the first visit to a part store that not only did they help but you went out of your way and at the same time kept your store customers up. I might add it was a busy day. And you took the time to find what would work. I will pass to parts stores from now on to come to yours. Again thank you and I hope your managers know how valuable you are for their business. Will use Auto Zone from now on.

Austin went above and beyond to assist me. I was stranded and he was able to bring me a new battery and install it for me. Our family was heading to Orange Beach and did not have anyone local to help. Great customer service.

It was just nice to go to one that doesn't have the phones ringing off the hook and too busy to get to ya right away......and the reward points def make it better than going to any other store not to mention they have awesome primer for plastic bumpers

I am so grateful to this place. They are always helping me choose what fits my SUV and telling me what I don't need, so don't listen to the auto repair shop. They are always willing to help, no matter what the time or weather. They have taught me how to do many things, simple things, to save money. Thank you for helping me keep my Subarea Forrester in top shape, safe to drive anywhere, anytime to rescue the dogs who need saving, checking on friends and relatives who need help, being able to drive to the doctor or vet as needed, and always listening to me whine. & seeing so many big dogs at their worst before they know they are safe and being at their best, ready for a disabled vet or a family. thank you for keeping me going. I needed some hard to find electrical accessories for my truck. This Auto Zone location had everything I needed in stock and the employee who greeted me knew exactly where to find every item. I was very very pleased with parts,service,and price. Highly recommended.

Broke down at the raceway in Lanett & a friendly representative from autozone came to my rescue. So courteous & helpful. Came back & forth from the auto zone store with parts and assessed what the problem was then proceeded to return to the store after to get the part needed & returned to fix it on spot to get my car up & running. Definitely went out of his way to make the experience of this unfortunate situation so much better than it could have been & even in the most cost efficient way.
