Alex and Ambrosia are literally the sweetest people in the world. So kind and helpful. There was also one more person in a Spirited Away sweater but I didn’t get their name! All so wonderful

Hot Topic is awesome.
The girl who was on register that day needed some training though. I was very unhappy and ended up not making my purchase due to her inability to perform what seemed simple. MAYBE their POS system made it difficult......

All staff were friendly and helpful even during the Christmas weekend rush. Store was clean and organized as well. Can’t ask for anything more.

Everyone was super helpful. I was a little disappointed they didn't have much Supernatural merch, but they did have some necklaces so the trip was worth it!

Store was well staffed and very helpful. Hard to move around inside if it's too busy though.

Loved it if you've been there before you know why so many things to buy, small backpacks different prints (jack skeleton,Disney,Rick n morty I can go on all day) same with there large blankets. Candy different types, even adult products 😉😉 fun place I love it.

I love this hot topic, I personally have been shopping at that location for many years and have watched it change from goth to mainstream. I will not lie. That was very disappointing. However, I have found some excellent items throughout its ever growing and expanding market.

Love Hot Topic, all locations have slightly different inventory and you can find gems 😊 the staff here were helpful and the store was organized and clean

My daughter loves this place they have great sales ❤ and lots of things that the kids like.

They always treat Trans Girls with respect and they normally always have the size you are looking for💖 if it's not on the sales floor, don't hesitate to ask a staff member💕

One the first places I look for new outfits, whether feminine or gender neutral 🥰

I was visiting Arizona so I stopped in to the store in The Arrowhead Towne Center. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Hope to stop in again sometime.

great merchandise here looking for more billie eilish t shirts and I no when she goes into concert again they will have more t shirts my daughter loves this store got lots of t shirts from here

Great place to shop for Christmas gifts

They have the coolest gear for anime pop culture and shows. It's a little bit pricey but the clothing is good quality. The employees are super friendly and accessible you don't have to wait long to get someone to help.

I love this store! Hot Topic, Attic Salt and Spencer's are the only reason I go to the mall (unless it's Christmas time)! Hot Topic is my favorite of the three, and I can't see that changing any time soon or ever really! I recommend HT to everyone because that's the world I want to live in. Lol. Never go away Hot Topic! 😍😍😁😁

Great store, out of the many times I've shop there I have always been welcomed and the staff is friendly. There is only one incident where the cashier seemed less than friendly it was my last visit how unfortunate as I buy at this location often, my husband and me have a huge pop collection. I only ask that I continue to be treated in a pleasant way, I don't believe I've ever been rude toward the staff so I was very surprise. We tend to shop within our community, both local business and small business are engaged in our community welfare such as voting in public election ect. I hope to continue doing business here and open to talk about this incident in person.
