AT&T Store

Bobby was an amazing man to work with! He assisted my entire family in all of our questions and displayed one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. I work in customer service and Bobby raised the bar. If you ever need any help wit your phone needs definitely go in to AT&T on bell and ask for Bobby. 10/10

We are a family of three that stopped in the store on 75th and Bell. We were promptly greeted by Preston the store manager . Preston fixed each of our issues within minutes. He was pleasant and professional. This location is first class all the way !

Yamileth I came into the AT&T store to get my eye, 13 phone set up and activated in this young woman help me and I just want to tell AT&T that she is an exceptional customer service representative for your company. She’s very intelligent. She knows what she’s talking about she was very helpful, compassionate and kind. I’m a retired 911 operator and if I could, I’d hire her to help me but she’s very smart and very kind and she took the time to go out and show me how to hook things up in my car and she’s just as a bubbly fun person and I suggest that she be promoted. I bet you definitely give her a raise because she’s one in 1 million and she’s just trying to help showing me how to use my new phone. Thank you for.

Wilmer was great. He took his time explaining everything even when I asked same question multiple times. He brought out multiple options and explained the differences for every item. He offered opinions and did not push anything on us. Great job! Great customer service! Great communication!

Wilmer was absolutely amazing!!! I have had an awful experience with my T-Mobile to AT&T transfer through target mobile. But, today, Wilmer and his boss, Abraham, helped in so many ways!! The representative that helped us, Chelsea, was absolutely incredible! She handled technical issues with a positive and friendly attitude no matter what despite unexpected problems occurring out of her control. She remained light hearted and personable throughout the entire appointment and her efforts were appreciated greatly. The manager on duty was also very pleasant and helpful and really helped keep the mood light through any stress. Definitely recommend this store. 10/5 stars!!

Awesome twice these people really know their business

Literally just left AT&T and as soon as I got in my car I had to write a review about Jessica’s hospitality and professionalism. She was awesome , handled and answered every question I had with quickness and perfection. The beautiful lady even walked me out the door. How awesome! Thanks again Jessica!!

The young man Wilmer was such a Wonderful Customer Service Representative. He worked with my phone above and beyond. When Melanie had given me WRONG information on my 2nd visit. By the way my 3rd visit was with Wilmer.
