Been an at&t customer for a very long time and they has the best experience of technology of phones but has not yet tried there hotspot devices out yet I love being a at&t customer and the helpers or very helpful and friendly influence among us as there customer for some assistance.

Went to buy a new phone was giving the run a round walk out of the store with a prepaid phone that was blocked two days later

Today I visited the ATT store. I received the best service from a salesman name John. He was patient! He was knowledgeable. He was extremely professional. I usually hate these experiences. This day was different. Thanks.

Gerard Frommeyer may met me at the door, smiled, got us seated and comfortable. Helped me with our needs, also kept us informed on all the new services offered by AT&T and Direct TV. I was a sales manager most of my career and now retired. I would use him in your training videos to demonstrate how great sales consultants should perform! I was impressed!

Volta and Ciara were extremely helpful. When I had troubles transferring my data to my new phone, they patiently walked me through the troubleshooting process and even stayed hours past closing time to ensure I was taken care of.

John Murray did such an awesome job assisting me in the Hammond Store Location. Because of this wonderful experience, I will now take advantage of ordering my services in the store rather than online. 😁

There was no wait. It took the associate about 2 minutes to fix the problem with my mother's phone. It was great especially since I was sort of in a rush in that day.

I went in with a problem and it was resolved without debate! Very professional and friendly! Excellent management team. As a customer service teacher I was pleasantly pleased by the timely and courteous manner in which the problem was resolved!
