Glenna was an absolute joy to work with. I was unfamiliar with how to send a package and she patiently explained options and ensured I was charged appropriately

There are 2 person working there. Both are older person and kind, one lady and one man. Both take time for you and find the best and cheapest way to mail your packages. I live next town but I always prefer to come this location because I know they care about customers.

They are always so helpful when you go in to mail packages. Help you get the best deal and are the nicest government employees I've ever come across. I go out of my way to go to this post office because they are so helpful and pleasant

Awesome customer service

I order alot of things online. I was expecting a big package. I never heard anyone Knock on the door. But yet they left a card in my mail box saying my package is a large box. They missed me and they'll try again tomorrow. I waited for several hours the next day. I constantly checked out the window to see if anyone pulled up. No one did,and I didn't even get another card from them. Saying they still have it and for me to pick it up.

This location runs on Eastern time. It would be helpful to put that on the bulletin board. Other than that, helpful staff!

Great Service

Why is an Alabama post office on Georgia eastern time. The door said it closed at 4:30 Alabama time.

I have called and called the local office to speak to the Postmaster regarding the carrier that delivers my mail.
EVERYDAY I come my box lid is open and my mail has fallen out onto the ground, or gotten wet depending on the weather.
I hope this review will sanction a conversation to all of the carriers on their mail efficiency.

I called multiple times and when they finally answered no one said any thing. Then when I called back they had the phone off the hook.
