Deserve 5 stars 😃, all I know it is a cozy, clean and worm place in a freezing night at Toledo on my way traveling to Cleveland. I ordered my espresso macchiato and start enjoying the holiday season music while checking my emialls.

This location is great. We placed a mobile order and on our way to pick it up we got rear ended. We were delayed over an hour and they had disposed of the order but happily remade it as a courtesy once we explained the situation.

Man I love this place, I promise you I could eat drink my Ribbon Crunch with extra Carmel and extra crunch. The state of the inside was so clean I wouldn't have mind if I drop my food on their floor, and eat it that's how clean it is and now I don't have to go to the rest stop just for my drink I know where they are located now. Blessings and thank you Ladies for a beautiful clean place of business.

We go here weekly...Batista Olivia always has our drinks started before we even have the order in (we never order anything different) everyone is always welcoming and friendly . Always a good experience.

So I pulled up at 9:02pm knowing they were closed but wanted to try my luck because I needed something to keep me up for this 91/2 hr drive “sorry we are closed” I asked if she could still take my order and why she said what would you like! Sometimes the smallest things can help in the biggest ways! I had to ask who took my order Thanks Tavii! Life Saver!

Staff is very friendly and kind and courteous. They get your order to you in a timely manner and the coffee and food are always fresh. I enjoy coming here and recommend it to anybody that's in the area to stop by and get a fresh cup of delicious coffee ☕and a pastry.

I give 5 stars because staff works very hard & It is appreciated in this time when so many are not going back to work. But I did want to just point out to the people who work there that when I or anyone else asks for the status of my order that is late I am not angry, I am just looking for an update so I can be aware and plan. It seemed tensions were a little high, and I understand it is stressful. My coffee also tasted very light, which is not typical for Starbucks, but it could just be with how fast people had to work.

I literally stop here 4/5 mornings a week and have never had a bad experience. I order ahead and usually never have to wait, even if I'm early. Also someone called me by my name the other day when I was leaving and it was really nice and made my day 🥰

Daughter tried the Strawberry Acai Lemonade and loved it! She's 12.
I had my normal Skinny Vanilla Latte. Great as always.

We also decided to get a pastry to munch on. I got a fabulous cheese danish while she got a cinnamon roll. Both were good, though bit dry, and we felt they were excellent picks from their.quaint selection of pastries. They also sell ice cream, which we were not interested in on such a cold day, and popcorn!

Starbucks at airport and Reynolds has their lobby closed right now so you have to go through the drive-through. They mistakenly left their mobile order on and when I arrived to get my drink (which should’ve taken five minutes) would’ve taken about 40 because the drive-through was wrapped around the entire building. I couldn’t wait and when I called them, they made it right. I probably had kind of a complaining voice when I called and I wish I would not have because they aren’t paid enough to deal with that and they are overworked right now. Thank you for your kindness

I thought the baristas were really nice and the drinks were good. The lighting is a little dim, but it would great for studying. The parking is a little tricky, but when we went, we had no troubles. Will be back to this location!

Hannah was the best through the drive-thru. I didn’t know what I wanted but she introduced me to the “pink drink” and now its my fave!!! The sweetest and best customer service! Thank you!!!

Always love Starbucks. I don't go to this location often but have always had good service if I do go. Sometimes the drive thru can be slow but I've never waited more than 10min when there's 4-5 cars.

The staff was super friendly and helpful about the new drinks as well as suggestions based on my previous orders to try something new. Hunter was especially welcoming. Great place, will go out of my way to go to this Starbucks.

I've never seen a Starbucks where cars in line are so consistently wrapped around the building. I tried the drive-through once and since then always just park and go inside. The service in there can be kind of slow, though I attribute that to the amount of traffic coming through the drive through rather than inattentiveness on the baristas' parts.
